this is a Draco and Hermione Fanfic

Summary:
after the war Hermione is emotional and mentally broken Ron in and attempt to save her life took an Avada Kadra curse for and died instantly
Harry and Ginny are currently stay at the Burrow married now and expecting a child during the course of the few months after the war Hermione tries to take her life while visiting Rons grave
thankfully Draco was visiting his mother's grave and stop her before she did it and has taken her back to Hogworts where they teach Malfoy Potions and Hermione Transfiguration

"Granger what the hell are you doing!?" Draco Malfoy said leaping almost before knocking the wand out of hermione Grangers hand before she could say the curse
"i am sure the Weasly would want you to do that?"
"how would you know Malfoy about my pain have every lost anything you..you bastard of a ferret"
"i lost my mother."he said coldly "come on time to go back"

Hermione Granger woke with a start in a cold sweat " so Malfoy can be nice" she said before she got dress and went down to the Great Hall to eat she sat next to the new
Headmistress Minerva Mcgonagall "hello Minerva" Hermione said with smile
"hello Professor Granger i am to assume your nights are no longer plagued by nightmares?" Minerva said
"yeah but occasionally they come...i see Proffesor Malfoy is not here"she says wonder where he is " i never got to properly thank him for what he did for me a month ago"
"i believe he is down with trying to calm him after last nights scare with Mrs. Potter"
"oh yes with her nearly falling down those flights of stair i have to say though draco did a magnificent Wingardium Laveosa to her from ingurying the child" she said
"another thing i have to thank him for"
"one moment i have to make an annoucnement" Minerva said and she got up and got the students attention "attention students thanks to the charity of Professor Malfoy and Professor Potter
we will be having a ball soon it will be a masqurade theme so come with a mask but please note that all costumes must be school appopriate now Professor Granger if you please"
"alright heres the different part you can not ask someone out of your same house you must ask someone from a different house to be your date and there will be charms place on the punch and drinks so don't any bright ideas of trying to spike it if you do well i will just let you find that out for yorselves now you may eat"
