Adam meets One through an experiment of Doctor Anu's. When he meets her, its through their minds meeting. When Adam wakes up, he tells the General everything, and Mogadorian Progress is sure to succeed. Follow Adam as he gains the Legacies of Number One, but he's not with the Garde this time.

1. Chapter 1

Chapter 1: Meeting One

I blinked. It was One, as I had seen her.

Just… alive.

She looked at me disapprovingly and asked, "Well?"

I was probably going to say something with authority, but she cut me off with a loud "HZZZT! I know who you are Adam."

"How?" I asked.

"We share a brain, dummy," she replied.

"Oh, duh."

"What are you trying to do, help out your scary #$^ pops? Because I don't think you can get out of this helping him?"

Three Years Later

The General came up to me and asked, "Did it work?"

I looked over his shoulder, and I saw One signaling me to say no.

"It did," I admitted.

One briefly gasped and then disappeared.

The General nodded and pressed a button on the wall. A Mogadorian engineer came in.

"Donate to Dr. Anu," he commanded. "Give him supplies for his experiments."
