Youthful boy felt empty and sought meaning

Though his Organization missions weren't bad

And hardly labors one could find demeaning

Nobodies had to be grateful for what they had

And if he had his doubts at certain moments

And once confessed them to the Superior,

"Do not despair," Xemnas said "My most vital constituent,

You may be a Nobody, but you're not inferior."

Days passed. More sinful everyday, the Seven

Breakfasted, grabbed their weapons, donned their cloaks

And sped to realize their dreams of heaven

Watching the Heartless steal hearts from folks

He set to work. Sorting Xemnas' hundred page speeches

That extolled his achievements as Number One

Xaldin's magazines lay strewn, showing pictures of beaches

No heart, but still hormones; pretty girls in San Juan

Xigbar's empty cans covered half the table,

Mingling with Luxord's chips and cards

Torn newspaper scorched black as sable,

Victims of Axel's fiery and wrathful regards

He knelt before the pile of blankets on the bed

Under which Demyx's snoozing form snored

Roxas yanked at the blue and white bedspread

Demyx stirred, yawned lazily, looked bored

Then, as Roxas glanced at the mirror

He noticed, and it almost made him cry

How much he'd grayed and paled, and how much clearer

The bruise from jealous Saïx was below his eye

"Keyblades can't open the locks on these chains,"

He murmured, making X's with his thumb

Booted footsteps brought him to his senses

Ho hum. Ho hum. It's home from work we come

And he was out the back door in a second

In time to see a blindfolded young man

Who, recognizing his face, beckoned

Him to return to Sora as soon as he can

Impeccably he moved, his white hair glowing

A clash of Keyblades, Riku cried in vain

Roxas took one step, reversed and ran without slowing

Never realized Riku was awake again
