LIF:"Alright… she asked for it… and she got it. Here's Navi's Manual!" Random acts of clapping and applause from the small crowd are heard and Navi get's her chance to… shall we say… shine. She is using this guide to accompany Legend of Zelda:Shadow of Darkness. DO NOT READ ANY FURTHER UNLESS YOU'VE READ UP TO CHAPTER 2:REFLECTING ON DESTINY!!!!! If you read further, you may run into spoilers, and I HATE spoilers! It SPIOLS it for other people! So, pelase, if you haven't read up to there, please do so before reading this. Anyway… on to Navi's Manual.
Navi:HEY! It's me! Navi! I'm that helpful fairy that you usually find tagging along with Link helping him on his adventures! Without me, he would never have figured out to hit Gohma in the eye, or where to swing his sword when an enemy approaches!
LIF:Ahem… humble might be a way to go, Navi.
Navi:Alright… So, another adventure begins! At this point, Link has learned that his past shall never be the same, and neither will his future! Zelda doesn't remember him! Neither does Impa! Either something has happened to them, or Link got jipped when he was sent back home!
LIF:Navi! Ease up on the attitude, or I'll take the computer away from you!
Navi:Sorry… Either way, it seems that things aren't going to be the same for Link. He's heard from the Great Deku Tree that he's still a child of destiny, but how can that be? Ganondorf was sealed away in the Evil Realm and he was who caused all that trouble before. There couldn't be someone new… could there?
LIF:No spoilers!
Navi:I'M NOT SPOILING ANYTHI- ... Sorry… I'll be careful not to, LIF. So, no new enemies have been encountered, and no new dangers seem to have risen. There's nothing really to report but that nothing will be the same, and you already knew that. So… Since I know I won't be able to fill these entire Manual entries with just information on what you already know, ask me a question! If you don't understand something in the story, review this manual entry and ask! I will gladly help you understand anything you wish!
LIF:AHEM!!!
Navi:WITHOUT giving out any spoilers! I promise! If I don't tell you a monster's weakness, and you're curious, ask! If you don't remember what something is from the original game, ask! I'll gladly help you figure out or remember anything that you're having trouble with.
LIF:Hopefully you won't need this, because I should be able to include everything in the story so you WONT be confused… but, hey, I miss things and it's always good to have a back up! And, if Navi doesn't mind, you can send opinions and ideas here as well! Do you have an idea for a Legend of Zelda monster? Review! Tell us about it! Maybe it will make it into the story!
Navi:I… don't mind… at all. No seriously! That way, I can learn as well as teach! So the offer is put out there! Anything at all you want to ask me, Navi, the adventure fairy, just review and ask! And this concludes the first entry of Navi's Manual!
LIF:"Well… that worked out better than I thought it would." A red curtain closes on the scene… well, one side closes. The other is caught and LIF walks over to it. Struggling with the rope for a second, it finally comes loose, the curtain closing and LIF being dragged up into the air by the rope. "Ropes like catching on ankles… haven't you noticed that?" And the scene goes dark.
