After the entire adventure, the Smurfs had with their friends the trolls. They all began to make themselves at home again. Papa Smurf was busy with his potions and spells while his fellow smurfs were currently doing their spring cleaning or just having fun. Meanwhile, four specific Smurf's were having fun leaf boarding.
"WoooHooo!" Hefty Smurf yelled in delight as he did a 360*
"Right behind you!" Smurfette yelled as she also did a cool maneuver on her leaf board
"Guys I'm going to crash!" Clumsy said as he waved his arms wildly as he crashed into Smurfette and Hefty
Brainy meanwhile just glided safely around them as his companions all groaned in pain. He rolled his eyes and simply helped Clumsy off of Smurfette and Hefty.
"Well...that was fun," Hefty said as he gave a cheeky grin
"We should do that again," Smurfette said before she saw a figure spying on them and before she could confront them they disappeared
"Smurfette?" Brainy said in concern for his friend
"What?...I'm fine just got lost in thought" Smurfette lied with a smile
"Okay?" Clumsy said in uncertainty
The boys merely shrugged their shoulders and left back to Smurf village for the annual smurf berry festival. Once they all got back they were met with a very upset Papa Smurf.
"Where were you four all day," Papa said sternly as he crossed his arms
"We were out leaf boarding," Clumsy said as his hat fell in front of his eyes
"Did any of you remember what you were supposed to do today?" Papa Smurf said making the four smurfs hung their heads low in shame
"We forgot to pick the smurfberries didn't we," Smurfette said sadly
"Yes, everyone here has been waiting for you four to come back with the berries but you never showed up" Papa smurf scolded as he gestured to the upset smurfs
The four smurfs didn't want to look at the upset faces of every Smurf in the village but they looked anyway. They cringed when they saw the glares, disappointed, and sad looks they all gave them.
"We can go pick the berries and be back before the sun sets for the festival" Clumsy offered as again his hat fell in front of his eyes
Papa Smurf thought about it and nodded his head. The four smiled a little and they went back to do the task they were given before they forgot all about it for leaf boarding. They went into the smurfberry patch not far from the village to pick the berries.
"I can't believe we forgot all about our part of the festival" Hefty Smurf said as he plucked another berry from the bush
"And the sun is almost setting and we only filled up four baskets" Clumsy pointed out
"Well let's get picking...which means if you don't get your nose out that book Brainy, I'll personally see that you wouldn't see anything," Smurfette said sternly which made Brainy smile nervously and begin to help
Once the sun was set they returned to the village with twelve baskets of smurfberries. The village danced and sang along to the music. Everyone enjoyed the smurfberry treats and pastries that Chef and Baker Smurf made for everyone to enjoy.
"This festival is going well," Papa Smurf said to Grouchy Smurf
"I don't know...it's only a matter of time before something bad happens" Grouchy smurf replied as he had his arms crossed in a grumpy manner
"Come now, we face difficult challenges that life throws at us at a daily basis," Papa Smurf said with a smile "What is the worst that can happen," Papa Smurf said as he went back to watching his fellow smurfs laughing and having fun
Grouchy Smurf only humphed and went back to glaring at everyone in his sight except when Vixy took him to the dance floor. He always had a soft spot for her when they went to the human world a second time. And when they had their little adventure with the trolls. Unknown to them, someone was watching from inside the forest.
"Interesting" a feminine voice whispered
"Indeed," said another feminine voice "we need to tell the others," the spy said before turning to leave
Her companion stayed a few more seconds before turning to go catch up with her companion. Unbeknownst to everyone, Gargamel was back and already planning his next plan to capture the Smurfs.
The trolls missed their blue friends deeply and even though it's only been two weeks it felt like years to them. Now they were currently trying to throw a party for no reason in particular.
"Poppy don't you think that's too much glitter" branch asked as he stared at his new girlfriend
"There's never such a thing as too much glitter," Poppy said as she added more glitter into the glitter canon
"That's what you said last time before it blew up in your face and in Gristle's face" branch said bluntly
Poppy didn't comment as she only smiled before the cannon exploded and glitter was plastered everywhere in the room.
"Okay. Okay. That was a bit too much glitter the canon could handle" Poppy said as Branch spat out some glitter
"Yeah," branch said as he tried to get the glitter out of his hair
"I wonder what the snack pack is up to?" Poppy said as branch shrugged his shoulders
"They might be planning another scheme to 'get me and you together'" branch said as he fingers quoted making Poppy laugh
"When are we going to tell them?" Poppy asked as she began to clean up the glitter
"Maybe for another day or two. It's way too much fun watching them plan out something" Branch said before hearing an explosion
"What was that?" Poppy asked as Branch looked behind him
The two trolls ran toward the window and saw the snack pack and a couple of dozen glitter canons. Branch And Poppy looked at each other before looking back at the mess below.
"Maybe this is getting a little out of hand" branch said
"We should wait until smidge calms down," Poppy said as she and branch saw smidge going around screaming in anger
"That's a good idea," Branch said as he and Poppy went to finish cleaning up the glitter
It took a while but they managed to clean up all the glitter by noon. They high fived as they looked at the Now very clean pod which you could see the sparkle in every direction.
"Now let's go tell the gang!" Poppy yelled as she pumped her fists in the air
Branch smiled but then frowned when he felt his magic spike again. He didn't tell Poppy and he knew it was just a couple of weeks since the smurfs last been here.
"Hey Branch you coming?" Poppy asked as she peeked back inside the pod. Causing Branch to snap out of his thoughts
"What? Oh! Yeah I'm coming" Branch said with a smile as he left with Poppy
Branch kept a smile for poppy's sake if she found out that he still had a connection with magic she would start doing the angry dance and no troll likes it when someone does the angry dance.
"So how are we going to break it to them?" Branch asked a sloppy stopped in her tracks
"Well...I was thinking we could just you know" Poppy said as her cheeks began to turn into a more darker pink. Making Branch smile as he snapped his fingers
"Hopefully I'm thinking what your thinking but let's just wait and see," Branch said as he began to walk to the cupcake café
Poppy smiled as she ran to catch up with her boyfriend. The two held hands as they walked to their destination. Trolls smiled as they saw the two walk by as if nothing bad happened. Peppy saw them from his pod high on top of the trees. He smiled and began to imagine his future grandchildren.
When Branch and Poppy made it to the cupcake café they saw the snack pack eating and drinking their favorites. The couple walked over to them with their hands intertwined as they greeted their friends. The snack pack greeted them until Satin noticed their intertwined hands.
"I Told You Guys!" Satin yelled happily as the others began to blush in embarrassment "I told you they would get together on their own" Satin said as her twin smiled as she rolled her eyes
"Well we were planning to tell you guys but you kind of went overboard with your plans to get us together," Branch said as Cooper began to laugh making the rest of the snack pack glare at him slightly
"So now that you two are together" Dj began "LET'S CELEBRATE!" She yelled out happily as she and Guy Diamond both yelled out making other trolls stare at them
Branch and Poppy both stared at each other with embarrassed smiles. In a blink of the eye Dj and Guy Diamond were gone to plan for the party tonight.
"Well that went well," Poppy said with a smile as Branch nodded but he frowned slightly when he felt his magic spike again
'What is going on?' Branch thought as he still kept his smile in front of the others
