Acceptance

Summary: After Anakin dies, what reaction would he get when he joins the force?

As Anakin looked at Luke's face one more time, his vision got blurrier and blurrier and he slowly sank into the darkness. He could distinctly hear Luke yelling for him not to die and to hold on.

"I'm sorry Luke", thought Anakin as he fell into the comforting embrace nothingness.

He became aware of a presence behind him and when he turned around, he was shocked.

"Mmmmaster?"

"Hello Anakin"

Anakin rushed into the arms of Obi-wan as he started to cry.

"I'm sorry Master. I'm sorry for everything. Can you every forgive me?"

"Of course I can forgive you. All is well, my Padawan. All is well." Said Obi-wan as he slowly led Anakin to a familiar place.

"Look Anakin"

When Anakin looked up, he gasped. The building in front of him was exactly like the old Jedi Temple. Then he saw a crowd waiting at the entrance. He suddenly stopped. It was all the Jedi that was killed in the Jedi purges and other Jedi he had never seen before but knew they are Jedi from long before he was born. He contemplated whether or not to turn back but he knew he had to face his fears and overcome them. As he and Obi-wan approached. Yoda and Mace Windu appeared.

"Come back to us you have" said Yoda while smiling. "Fear us not you should. Welcome you are."

Mace nodded in agreement. "You have come back to the light and that is enough. Be at peace."

Anakin burst into tears again. But this time is was tears of joy and happiness. As he is welcomed back by various people from his past, he is content and he slowly follows the crowd inside to the Jedi Temple. But two people remained outside.

"Well, my young Padawan, it seems that it has turned out to be all right. "We should all be thankful. Luke will make a fine Jedi Master and will become great in the future." Qui-gon said quietly to Obi-wan.

"Master, thank you for supporting me all these years. Yes, Luke will be great and knowing him I think we should expect a surprise from him in the coming future." Said Obi-wan and then he smiled mysteriously like he knew what was going to happen. They then quietly walked into the Jedi Temple to join in the celebrations.
