I Alright?
Author's Note: I LOVE Final
Fantasy 9, but I haven't had a chance to finish it yet. I'm still on disk two!
Anyway, I wrote this after playing the scene where Zidane, Steiner, Freya and Vivi
find Garnet in the chapel and fight off those twin jokers. It's Zidane's
thoughts when he lays Garnet on the couch and talks to Steiner before Beatrix
shows up. I'm not that good at writing poems but I thought "hey what the heck!"
when this popped into my head.
I don't own FF9 or any of the characters.
Oh Garnet I'm so sorry,
For not being here to protect you.
You have to snap out of this
I wish there was something I could do.
Your protector asked if I was alright,
I answered, "I can not shed a tear,"
For I felt so helpless not being able
To save the life I hold most dear.

Girls have never affected me this way before
What are you doing to me?

chapel door.
