Carly has unexpectedly jumped worlds to the hunger games universe; eventhough her friends and enemies are there they have no memory of the Icarly universe. Carly must face the horrible choice to fight to the death with her friends in the hunger games but doesn't know if the dream is real or not real.

Chapter one: Awaken to death

*Carly's point of view

"Still reading that book, Carly" said spencer; "do you think I'll survive the games if they ever existed?" "You know the hunger games aren't real" replied Spencer. "C'mon, Carly lets go to the groovy smoothie" said Sam, "no I pass I have to finish this book". I then go to my bean bag and continue reading. Carly then starts yawning. My eyes starting closing and suddenly in a flash I appear standing in the woods. Around me are 23 other kids. "Who are these people" I think to myself. Where am I? "Is that Sam? Freddie?" Five! Then out of nowhere I start hearing a countdown. Four! "Is this real?" Three! "This can't be happening, it can't!" Two! "I have to be ready." Then I see griffin with the same number twelve as me; Sam with a number ten and Freddie with the number 3. One! I then realize I'm not at home I'm in the hunger games. I start running straight to the woods and look back and see Sam and Freddie going to the cornucopia, then griffin starts following me. "Carly!" yells griffin "wait for me", "I thought we were in this together", "remember what our mentor said" Griffin told me. "Who is our mentor" I asked, "well your drunk brother." We then hear a sound approaching and climb a large tree. We then tie ourselves with a rope Griffin had in his backpack, I then start hearing laughs and cries coming closer. I look down only to see Sam stab a tribute in the back with a knife and around her is a group of tributes. Sam laughs while blood drips in the ground. Then they leave laughing, thirsty for more blood to spill, giving the capitol satisfaction. "Why is Sam with them?" "They're the career tributes" responds Griffin. "It's Sam and Gibby from district ten, Nevel and Missy from district one, Chuck and Nora from district two, and Kyoko and Yuki from district four" said Griffin. "It's getting dark let's stay here" said Griffin, boom, boom, boom the sound continues. "I counted 8", the tributes were shown in the sky. Nevel from district one, the boy tribute from district five, the girl tribute from district six, the boy tribute from seven, both tributes from eight, and the girl tribute in district nine. Carly and Griffin then take shifts sleeping.
