Pokemon: Turning the Tides of War
Chapter 1
Beginnings
Note: Most characters are fictional and invented by me and some other people. They are in no way related to anime and video game characters unless stated. There will also be some video game and anime characters involved in the storyline.
Team Brutal, a known evil organization, has been spotted in the Hoenn Region. No one know their
business here, but they know its not good. Jet, a member of the Brutality Containment Organization
(BCO) has been sent to find the Team Brutal Hideout. Halsor, a prophet working for the BCO, has
foreseen that war with Team Brutal is on the horizon. Jet is the only hope of the BCO to thwart the
plans of Team Brutal. Will he succeed? Only time will tell.
Jet arrives in Hoenn in high spirits. "wonder what adventures we will find in here?" said Jet to himself.
Jet-Outgoing son of Falkner born in Johto and cousin of Winona, the Fortree gym leader. He is a member of the BCO and is fighting with Team Brutal. He got his first pokemon from Winona, a skarmory named Skeel.
Just then, Michael arrives in Petalburg
Michael-A loner born in Jubilife, a genius and powerful trainer, but he hates to help people. He travels around, trying to find something to do.
"Pft, damn boat, I said drop me off at Soootpolis," said Michael angrily.
Jet was finding the gym leader in this town, who turns out to be Norman, when he bumped into Michael. Bump!! "Oh, I am sorry," said Jet to Michael. Michael does not look to be pleased. "Whatever, just watch where you're going," replied Michael. Suddenly, the Petalburg gym opened and Norman came out of it. Jet said the instant Norman came out, "Norman!! How ya been?" Norman replied, "Good, how's your cousin treating ya?" he said jokingly. Norman and Jet had met while Jet was collecting his Hoenn badges.
At Shore...
Peter arrived in his Swampert. "Hello?" he called out to the gym leader.
Peter-A cautious trainer who started at age 10 with his Mudkip. He made it to the top 4 in the Johto League. Having saw Team Brutal's cruelty, he decided to dedicate his life to stopping them.
Norman, having seen Peter, said "Hello." "Nice to meet you, I am Jet" said Jet to Peter. "I'm Peter, nice to meet you Jet" said Peter in return. Jet and Peter shook hands with each other. "So, what brings you here?" he asked Peter, suddenly remembering why he was in Hoenn, to chase Team Brutal. Michael just walked away with one reply, "Pffft." "What's his problem?" asked Jet, who was wondering. "Dunno," Peter shrugged, "but I am here to challenge gyms. I know Norman only fights people with 4 badges, so maybe I' ll go with you."
Jet and Peter followed Michael into Petalburg Woods, then they saw a scared Zigzagoon and someone they are familiar with...a member of Team Brutal.
