Hello! It's moi, once again, TOWDID! I really love Hatter+Alice stories…sigh…I wish the Hatter was mine. Which brings us to the
Disclaimer: I own nothing. Let's be real, if I owned anything from 'Alice in Wonderland', would I really be sitting at home writing fan fiction on my sucky laptop? I think not.
I Think I'm Going Mad
"You know, Marchy, I think I'm going mad." said the Hatter, sipping his tea and sitting back in his chair.
"How can you go somewhere you're already at?" inquired the March Hare confusedly.
"Not mad that way, silly, but mad about Alice." said the Hatter.
"How is Alice making you mad?" the March Hare asked.
"She isn't, that's the problem. When she came here a few years ago, she was an annoying little child. She made me mad. And now that she's not making me mad, she's making me mad. About her. Do you understand?"
"Not really." said the March Hare after a moment's thought.
"Ugh." sighed the Hatter. "She used to annoy me, and that made me mad. But now, she's lovely and intelligent and excellent company, and that doesn't make me mad. But it does, it makes me mad about her. Now do you understand?"
"Oh!" cried the Hare. "Now I get it. You're mad about Alice!"
"Yes, I think so, and not being with her all the time is making me lose my mind!" cried the Hatter, exasperated.
"How do you lose something you've already lost?" queried the Hare.
The Hatter opened his mouth, and then closed it. "You know, I'm not entirely sure. Oh, my. Another unanswerable question. On that subject, why is a raven like a writing desk?"
"I still don't know!" cried the Hare. "Stop asking me that!"
Pouting, the Hare left the tea party.
The Hatter sighed. "Drama queen. Or king, I suppose. Whatever." he muttered under his breath.
Alice entered, smiling happily.
"Hello, Hatter!" she grinned.
"Hello, Alice." replied the Hatter.
Alice sat down in the chair opposite him.
"You know, Hatter, I think I'm going mad." said Alice, looking down at her teacup.
"Why do you say that, Alice?" asked the Hatter curiously, leaning forward a little.
"Because when I'm not around you, I feel as though I'm losing my mind. Do you know why?" inquired Alice.
The Hatter moved closer and kissed her.
When they broke apart, Alice smiled a little and said, "It's a nice madness though."
"I couldn't agree more." said the Hatter. "The nicest madness ever."

Please review? Reviews make me happy. And when I am unhappy, Writer's Block (that dreaded curse) sets in and I cannot write. Do you really want to deprive the world of my excellent writing? Heh. I hope not. O.\\ Oh bugger, what if people don't review because they WANT me to have Writer's Block so they no longer have to read my crappy stories? Now I'm sad…T.\\ Review please!!
