Author's Note: This is my first fanfiction that I am posting I love Pokemon which most people would think was stupid considering I'll be 18 in 36 days

Prologue:
Hi my name is Lawrence. I'm Ash's older brother. I started training Pokemon a year before Ash. Ash was a little bit more naïve, when he started training because I was best friends with Gary's older brother who began training around the same time as I did. Why Ash and Gary are enemies I just don't know. Peter and I argeed that our first ever fight be a draw. The thing is we believed that our Pokemon both should be at least allowed to die with dignity.
So I choose my Pokemon first Naturally I choose a Ponyta and Pete choose a Tentacool. We made sure that both still had some life left and called it quits the fight I mean. We went our separate ways for a while until it came to the time when we had to pick our Pokédex up from the Professor. Then we ended up fighting each other close to the Pokemon League building twice once just after receiving the
Pokédex then after defeating all the Gym leaders. As I went though the kanto with relative ease. I then went onto Johto and received a Ledbya and progressed with relative ease again but the next region worried me a little because Ash ended up catching the Pokemon I received from Professor Beech, which was a Registeel, and every Pokemon I could have had in Kanto and Johto following that I went into the Sinouh Region where I received a Gastly was the last starter I received from Professior Birch .
