The accords had actually worked and the world was excepting everything that had happened. Stark had successfully made the accords safe, Ross was thrown in prison and Stark had succeed in securing pardons for the rogue Avengers including Barnes whi he had also offered the BARF technology to, which resulted in Rodgers saying "it's the least you could do after you tried to kill him" which made Tony's blood boil but ignored it and smiled a fake smile at Rodgers before bolting and proceeded to have a panic attack on the Elevator. Unfortunately the rogues hated Stark so they ignored the fact Tony had done all of that for them and carried on blaming him for everything; such as "its your fault I left my family" (it was your choice) "It's your fault I was put in the raft" (you killed people and didn't listen to me when I tried to help you by keeping you in the compound) "It's your fault the Avengers were torn apart" (I was trying to help), and Tony wasn't one to brag about these sort of things so he didn't mention it, he also didn't tell them what he thought when they complained to him because he didn't need to give them another reasob to hate him. So all the Avengers signed the accords. Scott, however, went home to his daughter. Just after the rogues pardon, Bruce and Thor showed up and rejoined the Avengers. So the Avengers consisted of Steve, Bucky, Natasha, Clint, Sam, Wanda, Rhodes, Thor, Bruce and Tony. Vision didn't want to harm others after the airport bacause he blamed himself for Rhodes' incident (while Tony blamed himself), instead he stayed at the compound and rekindled his relationship with Wanda.

(7-8 months after the rogues pardon)

Everyone was glaring at Tony. The resent battle had been a disaster and apprantly it was Tony's fault. The battle had started well, they had been up against some weird slime creatures and they had been winning until Tonys comm-unit got hit by an EMP, unfortunately Tony had been fiddling with it lat night and hadn't fixed it to be immune to EMP blasts so it got taken out, so Tony had no way to communicate with his 'team'. Also around that time there had been four different calls for Ironman to help someone and when Ironman didn't replie they had to take matters into their own hands. However also at that moment Tony was getting crushed by a building while trying to save 36 children who had been on a school trip. Sadly the others didn't know any of this and since it was Bucky and Wanda who needed his help they thought Tony was being petty and not helping them because he didn't like them. Which was why he was getting glares all around. Tony was used to them so they didn't bother him too much except for Coulson-who was alive. Obviously-who had fire in his eyes and a promise of pain in his expression because both Natasha and Clint were out of action for at least a week because later on Tony nearly blacked out in his suit and missed Clint yelling for Ironman so both he and Natasha had to jump for it. But again Tony didn't tell any of them that. Nor did he tell them that the week before he had lost all his friends when both Pepper and Happy resigned saying it was too stressful and that Tony had changed and wasn't the man they once knew and a day later he got a phone call from Colonel Rhodes (not Rhodey. He didn't deserve to call him that) saying that after everything they had been through together this was too much and Rhodes couldn't take it any more, and longer the conversation went on the more Tonys heart shattered and the more Rhodes accused him of. A decades old friendship finally broke when Rhodes said "this is your fault. All of it. It's your fault I will never walk again" and he hung up leaving Tony sobbing to himself as he looked at the blue prints of Rhodes' braces. Which caused him to cry harder, but not one sound escaped him. Tony also found it ironic how he lost all his friends in a year. He lost Thor when he picked Tony up by the throat, wven if the others didn't notice this effected Tony greatly. He lost Bruce when he abandoned him to take all the credit for Ultron, then next, possibly the one that hurt most, was the loss of Javis whi had known him better then anyone else in the universe and had been murdered by his had (or thats how Tony saw it) he obviously lost Steve, Clint and Natasha during the Civil War and the betrayal he had felt wheneach of them left and then Happy, Pepper and Rhodey. It was almost to much to handle so he did what he did best. He ignored his own feelings and built stuff. While Tony reminisced about his past friendships, Fury was going over the battle details "Lastly there was a total of $100k of damage thanks to one idiot" Fury not so subtlety glared at Tony, who happened to be staring blankly at a wall, "Captain os there anything you would like to add?" Steve nodded and stood up facing his team,

"Because of the recklessness of one of our members Bucky and Wanda are out of commission for three weeks and Clint and Nat' are benched for a week this is the third time that Ironman has ignored orders and team mates. Last week we gave him a warning and this is the last straw. Ironman is off the team until further notice" there were a few nods in the room and no one argued at that and Tony just smiled at the wall sadly,

"Is something funny, Stark?" asked Fury with a hard voice, Tony looked around the room and was met with stony eyes and glares. Silence filled the room. "We were never a team" Tony stood up and left the room.
