Fire and Ice
Cold as ice,
In my outer form,
Though deep inside,
Burns a heart so warm.
When I see your smile,
It lights my fire,
Those emerald eyes,
Awaken my desires.
It feels like insanity,
Trying to hide,
These rushing emotions,
Contained deep inside.
You try to stand by me,
I want you to stay,
When I try to pull you closer,
I only push you away.
Even through the harshness,
By my side you stand,
When I have fallen to my lowest,
Your always there with a hand.
Cant express what I feel,
I only pray that you know,
The love I feel for you,
Unable to show.
Like a prisoner chained,
I struggle in vain,
Feel I am going insane,
Only you can end this pain,
And bring sunshine to my rain.
