Okay so this is a super short ClarisseXChris one shot because they are super cute.

Chris was sitting in the pavillion eating dinner. He didn't really mind being unclaimed anymore since he had Clarisse, besides there were less people in the Hermes cabin so he actually got a bed now. He didn't mind sitting with Cabin 11, but the whispers from the other tables got to him a little. It was usually the same thing, whispers about his bruises and beat up face. They certainly didn't make him any more handsome. Whispers points and snickers and "wow look at how much of a freak Chris is." It annoyed him. He finished his food and left glad to get away from all the stares.

He went to go train. After years of being at camp and a few years serving Kronos he was pretty good at fighting. But if you're going to date Clarisse you couldn't just be good at fighting you had to be great. You had to hold your own if you dated an Ares camper. Unless he was like about to die Clarisse wouldn't defend him, he had to defend himself, sometimes from her whenever they trained together. Go easy wasn't something you said to Clarisse and Chris kind of found that hot. Clarisse was just plain hot to him. She was awesome she was fierce she was beautiful. He didn't think he deserved her. So he trained harder because he didn't want to disappoint her.

"Chris." He dropped his sword when he heard her voice. He couldn't mask a smile. Smiling made his bruised face hurt and that reminded him about earlier.

"What's wrong?" Clarisse noticed his smile turn to a frowned.

"Everyone's always staring at me because of my bruises."

"They are stupid and I will beat them." Clarisse said.

"Most girls wouldn't want a guy who has bruises all over him."

"Well see, I'm not most girls. Who gave you those bruises?"

"You did."

"And they make me love you even more." He kissed her head.

"Thank you. I love you." He smiled. Clarisse smiled too.

"Now come on lets train!" She whipped out her spear and he grabbed his sword and they fought. She was so cute when he was whupping his butt.
