Part 1
**Undyne**
This time I'm finally ready. This time I don't wait until they get to Waterfall. I wait for them outside Snowdin. I know Sans has stopped showing up here a while ago. At least twenty resets ago. I've never beat them, so I don't know why I keep coming, but I know that I can't let monsters die without trying to stop it.
I arrive right by the door in Snowdin, but the human is already there, standing in front of a large dust pile. I raise my spear, but I don't react in time. The human swiftly pushes my spear through my armor and into my shoulder. They drive their knife through my armor into my chest. A ragged scream escapes from my mouth as I collapse to the ground. It's over again. Except it's not. The human leaves, but I know that I won't live. The pain is unbearable, something I will never get used to. I can barely choke out my breath. The snow I can see turns red.
"UNDYNE?" I hear from behind me. I know it's Papyrus. "UNDYNE! WHAT HAPPENED?" And then there was a blood-curdling scream.
**Alphys**
There's a knocking on the Lab door and I open it immediately. Sans is standing on the doorstep, looking grim. Something about this seems awfully familiar. It seems odd that Sans would knock since usually he just teleported in. Or he'd knock to tell a joke. But this time it seems different.
"there's a human in the underground again," he says.
"W-what h-h-happened?"
The white dots in his eye sockets vanish. "they're dead. i found them by the door. both already dust."
I think I know where this is going, but I can't not ask, even if the answer breaks me. "W-who?"
Sans wait a moment, but when he speaks again, it is much quieter and pain. "paps and undyne. i could only tell because i saw one of undyne's spears and papyrus' scarf."
I stare at Sans, unable to really process what he said. Undyne can't be dead! Why? And how? I never even got the chance to-
The door suddenly falls inward. A figure stands in the doorway, a human. Their short brown hair frames their smirking face as they hold up the knife in their hand.
**Sans**
The human attacks right away, mercilessly. I can't keep the promise I made to the door lady, not when the human has killed my brother and his best friend, and is now trying to kill me and Alphys. The door lady probably isn't even alive herself.
I try to protect Alphys, but the human keep managing to slip past me, killing her before I deal them a fatal blow. They reset to the beginning of the fight and go again until they catch me off guard, resulting in both Alphys' and my death.
**The Human**
I travel through Hotland, decimating anything that gets in my way. A voice nags at me in my head.
/Stop killing them. They aren't the real monsters in this world.\
I sigh, but keep going. The voice had been trying to stop me the whole time, but I can't. I need to leave the Underground. I need to get out even if it means killing. Getting attached will only make it more painful when it's over.
/Stop! It won't work! Doing this makes you the most beastly monster here.\
No, I must do this. I can't stop myself now. I have to do this! I have to do this I HAVE to do this! I have t-
