Seth's P.O.V.
Ever get that feeling that someone is staring at you while you sleep, so you wake up and someone is 2 inches away from your face? Yeah it sucks when you're this exhausted. We had face the Volturi down 3 days ago to protect Nessie and the Cullens, and everyone was so stressed from the endless chaos before hand, and a little bit afterward no one had a lot of time to play with Nes, so Jake and I became her go to source for entertainment. I opened my eyes to see Nessie sitting on my stomach leaning towards me, eyes wide with excitement.
I took a sighing breath to let my frustration of being woken up out before I spoke to Nessie, there is no reason to be grumpy with her and she's so adorable it's hard to be!
"What is it Nessiebear?" I asked with fake enthusiasm, since I easily could tell something was going on by her expression.
"Guess what Seth! We're getting a new family member!" she trilled excitedly. Before I could figure out who the heck could be pregnant in a house full of never changing vampires, Jake walked in, a smile on his face as he stared at Nessie.
"A friend of mine, Bella's and apparently the Cullen's is coming to stay here," he said lifting Nessie from me and plopping beside me on the Cullen's couch. "Do you remember Kaylee and Ryan Altman?" Jake asked.
"Vaguely," I said nodding as I tried to picture their faces. They had both died when I was 5. "They had a daughter my age didn't they?"
"Yup!" Jake replied with an evil grin on his face.
"If I recall correctly… I HATED her!" Jake just rolled his eyes at my outburst then muttered something that sounded like "how is that possible you hate someone?" and then began to laugh. I was about to say something a bit inappropriate, then remembered Nessie's little ears and made a mental note to pay Jacob back later.
"How long 'til she is here?" I asked then heard a car pull into the drive way.
"NOW!" Jake, Nes, and I said together all in very different tones.
