006. Believeable

When Inui suggested the idea to him, he didn't think it would be a good idea. The others, sure. With the exception of Echizen, they all seemed completely enthusiastic about being parents, or the prospect of it as they all reached their mid-thirties.
Tezuka and Fuji were very pleased with both of their children, a quiet thirteen year old boy who doted on his five year old little sister and all of his cousins, perhaps a little unhealthily.
Oishi and Eiji had their brood, which would surpass the Kikumaru household with the birth of their fifth child in the spring.
Taka-san has settled down with a nice girl and was now juggling his wife and twin girls with running Kawamura Sushi.
Even Momoshiro and Echizen had given in. Echizen was waddling around eight month into his pregnancy.
But when Inui suggested maybe it was time for them to become parents…
It wasn't until years later when their son shyly handed him a piece of notebook paper with a purple smiley-faced sticker next to the words "The Best Parents Ever" at the top that he finally started thinking that, maybe he was doing okay.
