"What is it you have to say, Pride? I don't have much time to chat." Bradley said, looking down to the little boy that stood before him. "You know, you're not the only one who is curious about the humans. I, too, have my own ponderings. For instance...why is it that those beings find themselves so insignificant that they are willing to put themselves above others? The idea confuses me to no end." Pride said, his brow furrowed. "Yes, go on..." Bradley stated. "Well, you see...Since I have taken the form of a child, and you are a man that could convincingly be my body's father...I suggest that we pose as a father son duo and adopt that woman you met earlier as a Wife/Mother figure for the both of us. I can go to her, singing your praises about how you've changed and are such a nice man now, and you can play the whole single daddy act...It'll work out perfectly. Humans are so easily fooled." The child named Pride said, smiling evilly. "Hm. I will consider your plan but for now I must return to my duties. Excuse me." Bradley said, walking off. "Duties. Yes, those will soon increase sooner than you think." Pride said silently, slipping into the darkness. Later on the next day, Denise, the woman Bradley had encountered earlier, was tending to her garden outside of her house. "Miss, Miss, You have to help me!" A child said, running towards her. Denise turned around quickly to see what was the matter. "What is it, little one?" She asked in a hectic voice. "My new daddy! He's missing! The evil army men took him away while I was playing!" He says, now starting to sob. "Your new daddy? What do you mean?" Denise asked. "I used to be an Orphan but then this nice man named "King" adopted me! He told me he's the Fur Her. I don't know what that is but it sounds cuddly like a kitty cat!" The boy said innocently. "King? Are you speaking of Fuhrer King Bradley?" Denise asked. "Yeah! He's so nice! He treated me to lunch and then played with me at the park, all after spending SO much money to adopt me and give me a new name!" The boy said. "Wow, I can honestly say I am surprised. Who would have thought that Fuhrer would be so kind." Denise responded. "And a new name, you say? What is your name, little one?". The boy smiled and said "Selim. Selim Bradley. Could you help me find my daddy? I don't know where he lives!" He sniffled and looked up to Denise. "Of course I will! Now, hold my hand and let's get going!" She said, walking towards Central. "Everything is going according to plan. Get ready to take a wife, Wrath." Selim thought, smirking to himself.
