He found her on the floor, she was unconscious. Blood was starting to pool beneath her. He ran to her side, knowing he was too late. As he raised her into his arms, she opened her eyes. She smiled ever-so-slightly.
"You found me." Her voice was weak.
"Yeah, I found you Bones." His voice cracked, and her face began to contort in pain.

Bones started to cough, breathing was beginning to get harder.
"I'm sorry I didn't listen to you." Booth felt a tear fall down his cheek. Her softly stroked her hair. She raised her hand and gently brushed away the tear. Booth leaned into her touch like a life line. In the background, Seeley could hear the sirens.

"Don't say that Bones, I should have made you listen. This isn't your fault." He sobbed. Zach came running into the room.
"Booth! The ambulance is here they're on their way up." Now he was at Bones' side.
"Please hold on Dr. Brennan ." Zach asked tearfully.

Booth held her hand as she was sped toward the closest hospital. The EMT's were pumping her full of saline to keep her blood pressure from bottoming out. It wasn't doing much good though.

Booth's heart was breaking as he felt her hand grow cold. Booth felt his heart stop beating when he heard the alarm as she flat lined.

"Sir back up!" a doctor yelled at him.
"Charge two-hundred! Clear!" Booth had to cover his mouth to keep himself from sobbing as he watched Bones arch off the table.
When Your Heart

Booth woke up, his heart beating rapidly, a fine sheen of sweat across his brow. Frantically searching the room, Booths eyes finally settled on her still form. Seeley walked over to the bed side and brought her hand to his lips. The sudden movement woke Temperance from her drug-induced slumber. Bones looked up at Booth's face. A steady flow of tears were streaming down his face, falling onto her hand.
"Booth, what's wrong?" Booth looked deep into Temperance's eyes, then he leaned down and gently covered her mouth with his own.
