No matter what, they'll never know it was her until it is too late.

Deceit was easy amongst this group of vastly different people. One little thing gets moved out of place and the distrust and panic spreads. Hysteria was inevitable. Power was easy to instill and uphold.

Koharun knew this.

They were frightened puppies, those villagers. Frightened and lost and unsure of what will happen to them. All they needed were a few pushes here and there, a few well-said words, a charming smile and false sense of reassurance. It wasn't hard at all; oh, it was all too easy, all too simple. Listen to their story, showcase the grand concert of sympathy, and they'll become putty in your hands.

Koharun knew this.

Some were more difficult than others, some that displeased her. They were too calm, too analytical, too normal. The psychological scars were all over them, marking them, serving as a poignant reminder of their hardships; and yet their spirit remained absolute. They were beginning to learn how to deal with the past. They were useless, their Nanaki of no need to her.

As such, they needed to be dispatched.

Blood will not get on her hands; she will make sure of that. She is the boss, not the worker. She is the puppeteer, moving and ordering her puppets to dance, dance, dance. Chaos was the defining feature of rationale in Nanaki Village; fear was the prime emotion, the driving force behind her plans and aspirations. They are all pawns on a chess board, ready to be moved and knocked over whenever it was desired.

Koharun knew this too, too well.

And she will utilize it to its fullest potential.

Oh, look at that, it's Mitsumune's dearest friend. Koharun smiled.

She'll go pay him a visit.

Traîtresse - the feminine French form for "traitor".

'Ello, 'tis be Inuyasha and I'm still in shock over Koharun being the bad guy. I mean, she was kinda suspicious, but I still had hope for her. Damn.

So, here's a story about Koharun. I was gonna throw some kohakana (Koharun x Valkana) in there, but I changed my mind. I'll use that pairing for when I write some happy-go-lucky AU.

I hoped you enjoyed this. See ya~!
