PART I: MY DEMONS
"Are you insane like me?
Been in pain like me?
Bought a hundred dollar bottle of champagne like me?
Just to pour that motherfucker down the drain like me?
Would you use your water bill to dry the stain like me?
Are you high enough without the Mary Jane like me?
Do your tear yourself apart to entertain like me?
Do the people whisper bout you on the train like me?
Saying that you shouldn't waste your pretty face like me?
And all the people say
You can't wake up, this is not a dream
You're part of a machine, you are not a human being
With your face all made up, living on a screen
Low on self-esteem, so you run on gasoline
I think there's a fault in my code.
These voices won't leave me alone
Well my heart is gold and my hands are cold."

A/N: In honor of Supernatural Season 13 finale having aired this fine evening (to which I made many many MANY inhumanly noises throughout the viewing), I have decided to release this story. I hope you enjoy.
Also, face claim for Jamie/Liv: Kelsey Chow
"This plan of yours is gonna get us killed, Liv." Dianna stated as a small brunette peeked out the closed blinds of the motel room they were currently huddled up in. It was a habit she picked up on. Looking over her shoulder or out the window, checking to see if he was out there watching. He always was.
"Yeah, we don't have the guns or men for this job, Liv." Ash agreed from his spot on the couch.
The small brunette girl crossed from the window to lean against the wall. She held a hand up to the other man in the room, Remy, who knew what she was asking for as he tossed the pack of cigarettes to her. The girl caught it easily before picking one out and lighting it. She took a long drag before blowing the smoke out again while stuffing her purple lighter back in the leather jacket pocket.
Alex rolled his eyes at the girl's ignorance before standing up and away from the plan papers set out in front of him on the coffee table. "Look, kid, I get you're trying to impress the boss. But, you ain't gonna impress him from six feet under."
"And that, Al, is where you're wrong." The brunette countered as she puffed out some more smoke. "Lucas is going to kill us for not getting the job done anyway, so either we do this job and get killed, or we don't do the job and get killed. Would you rather die by bullet or by blade?" She asked as her eyes scanned the room for any takers. The team only bowed their heads. They knew Liv was right. "That's what I thought." She muttered as she took one last drag before putting out the half smoked cig on her palm without even flinching. "Let's move out."
"Five guys, one van full of shit we need." Dianna muttered bitterly from her spot behind the wheel of the car.
Liv sat in the seat beside her humming along to the tunes playing on her earbuds connected to her IPod where most of her life was: in her music. It made her feel less like a low-life criminal and more of a human. Normal. Something she never was.
"Will you shut up with that stupid song?" Alex complained from the backseat.
"'That stupid song'?" Liv gasped. "This Is Gospel by Panic at the Disco is a classic you uncultured swine."
"Hey!" Dianna snapped at the two of them. "Focus up."
They all sat back in their seats and watched as they scouted the van the team had been assigned to rig by their boss, Lucas. "What's even in the damn van?' Alex asked.
"Doesn't matter," Liv replied as she hitched her daggers into the sides of her boots and shoved her IPod and earbuds into her jacket pocket. "Lucas told us its important, meaning we get it, no questions asked." She explained. "Now, Dianna and Remy are taking the first lead up the lot to grab the two in the seats. Ash will take on the two in the back while Alex gets in through the last man inside. I'll be on watch for stragglers. We go in, we execute, we make off with every item in that van. Got it?" Everyone nodded in agreement. "Go time."
All was going well. Dianna and Remy went off thought the front, drawing out the two drivers allowing Ash and Liv to clear the back of the van for Alex to get inside to take down the last guy. Only, there was no last guy. "Where is he?" Ash asked when we opened the van of artifacts, but no one there guarding it.
"Who cares? We got the van, let's grab Dianna and Remy and get the hell out of here." Alex stated as he moved to the front of the van with Ash. Liv, however, had a bad feeling boiling underneath her skin. She looked around the lot for something. What? She wasn't sure of. But, after a few moments of looking out at the lot, Liv saw movement. She narrowed her eyes to see a man running off with a box. He was the guy inside the van. He was getting away.
"Shit!" Liv cursed before dashing after the man.
She was chasing him into an alley way when the comms came through. "What the hell are you doing, Liv? We got the damn can, this isn't part of the plan!" Alex insisted.
"He has a box!" Liv explained as she dashed faster after the man.
"We have the rest of the stuff, fall back!"
"We can't loose an artifact. Not even one." She shouted back. "We can't let the boss down again." She said as she ran into a dead end of a dark alley way. Where did the guy go?
"You really think you could steal from us, girl?" A dark voice spat at her. Liv spun around to see the man. He had the box in his hand and was wearing grey suit. A bit too spiffy to be hiding out in a van full of relics, but whatever.
"Well, we pretty much got it locked down." Liv shrugged nonchalantly. "All we're missing is that," She pointed at the box in his hands. "And we'll be on our merry way-"
"You're highly mistake if you think I'll let you take this box on my own free will." He interrupted.
"Fine." The brunette huffed agitated. Liv didn't have time for games. "I guess I'll just have to pry it from your cold dead body." Liv then whipped out her two daggers from the sides of her boots.
The man set down the box and let a silver blade drop into his hand from inside his sleeve. He twirled it and got into a defensive position. That's when Liv charged. He was a good fighter, but she was better. A weapon like Lucas trained her to be. Liv got the upper hand and prepared to ram the blade into the man's neck when she felt it. The sharp stinging pain of his blade stabbing her in the abdomen. Liv gasped and froze as he pulled it out of her and let the girl fall to the ground. He didn't bother to stay and watch Liv die as he quickly ran off past her body.
Liv lay there on the cold floor, dying. Slowly bleeding out. The question she asked the group earlier, would you rather die by bullet or by blade? Liv's answer; blade. She knew she deserved this. She deserved a slow, painful death. The things Liv had seen, done, watched, ensued. She had sinned beyond belief and was ready for her eternal suffering... Or was she?
"Until next time, Jamie." A mysterious voice echoed in her ears as Liv felt herself slipping into an infinite abyss...That was until she woke up
Liv jolted awake, and- much to her surprise-didn't grown in pain at the effect it would inevitably have on her wounded abdomen. Her hand flew to where she had been stabbed only to find there was nothing there. Liv lifted her black t-shirt and there was no blood, cuts, scars, bruises, nothing. "What the hell...?" The girl muttered before staggering to her feet. The alley was different from the one she'd remembered getting stabbed in. One of the reasons being instead of there being a parking lot at the end, there was a strip of stores, boutiques, and diners. A semi-busy street with cars and people walking by.
What the hell was going on? Where was she? How did she get here? Was this Hell? Was this Heaven? Was she dead at all? If so, how was she not dead? Was it all a sick dream? If so, what did the bartender slip in her drink?
All these questions fluttered in Liv's mind as she tried to figure out what she was going to do next because Liv knew she couldn't just stand on this sidewalk. Liv's stomach then grumbled and she groaned groaned. Great. Perfect timing, stomach! She cursed it as she looked around for a quick snack. Liv spotted a drug store that was already closed and continued searching until her eyes landed on a small 24 hour diner. Liv quickly dug in her leather jacket an jean pockets, even digging in her bra for money until she fished out a couple of ones and a quarter. Well, this would have to do.
As Liv neared the diner, a black vintage car pulled up beside her. It was nice. The color, rims, build. She stopped admiring the car to watch as she skipped into the diner. The door rang with a bell above it when Liv entered. "Be right with you in a minute!" Someone called from the back of the diner. The girl shrugged and took a seat in a booth by the window.
A few minutes later, Liv heard the bell ring again from behind her. She scanned the diner and noticed there was hardly anyone here. A man drinking coffee at the counter and a younger couple at another booth down the way including the people who undoubtedly came in with the black car.
While Liv waited for someone to take her order, she pulled out a menu and scanned through to find what she could afford. Nothing but a water bottle. Damnit. Well, looks like she was doing things the old fashioned way.
When, the waitress finally approached and took out her little pad and pen, Liv smiled up at her innocently. "What can I get ya, sweetie?" She asked.
"Uh, can I have a double cheeseburger, French fries, a root beer float, strawberry milkshake, two stacks of pancakes, some French toast, with a side of bacon and eggs-scrambled not sunny side-Oh! And a slice of pie, please." Liv said.
She had wide eyes as she jotted all of her order down. "You sure can stomach quite a lot for a petite girl like you." She commented.
Liv shrugged. "Athletes don't just grow on trees..." She read her name tag. "Margaret."
She chuckled and shook her head. "No, they don't." She said as she finished writing the order. "It'll be out in a minute." She assured Liv. After maybe twenty minutes, she returned with the entire order. She set it all down and Liv quickly dug in.
Liv didn't remember the last time she had food this good. And she knew she must have still bee recovering from the munchies she had from smoking just before the job, but even before that she never really ate out. Too many eyes is what Lucas always said.
After scarfing down half the burger, all the fries, half the float, the entire shake, half the pancakes, didn't even get to the toast, finished the eggs and bacon, and topped it off with a slice of cherry pie, Liv looked around for the fast way out. The front door would be good, but the back door had an entire open lot. Liv knew she could easily outrun any of the people in that restaurant. It would work.
After the waitress handed Liv the check, she turned and walked back behind the counter, her back turned to the brunette teen. Now was the chance. That's when Liv slung myself from the booth and dashed out of the back door with the sounds of shouting behind her. "Stop her! She didn't pay!" The waitress shouted, but Liv was already out the door and in the parking lot.
The teenager laughed a bit as she continued dashing through the lot. It had been a while since she did something as stupid and innocent as steal a meal. It reminded her of the good old days before Lucas expected the team to do the big jobs while he was behind bars. Lost in her thoughts, Liv didn't hear the sounds of someone running behind her until they were only a few feet away. Shit.
Liv began to run faster and harder, but it didn't seem to matter, the person caught up with her anyways. They wrapped their arms around her and lifted Liv into the air. She squeeled and kicked until she found herself pressed against the wall of a nearby building just outside the lot. It was dark and Liv couldn't make out the face of the man above her. "Shouldn't have stolen, kid." He scolded.
"Oh, screw off with the parenting crap." Liv retorted.
"How old are you anyways?" A different voice asked from behind the man in front of her.
"Too young for either of you, so back off or I scream bloody murder and we all end up behind bars." She snapped.
"Oh, I'd like to see you-"
"Dean, cut it out."
"What? She's being a pain in the ass."
"She's a teenager, it's her job to be a pain in the ass."
Liv's jaw dropped a bit. "I take offense to that." She interjected into their squabble.
"Shut it, kid. The adults are talking." The shorter man-Dean-scolded again before turning to the taller man behind him. "And it's not her job to be a pain in the ass. It's her job to respect her elders. C'mon, Sam, don't get soft on me now."
Liv felt something ding in the back of her mind. Sam and Dean. Why were those names together familiar? "I'm not-" Sam started, but cut himself off. "Just go easy on her. She probably stole for a good reason, right kid?" He asked just as a car passed by. The headlights flashed across the two mens' faces allowing Liv to get a good look, and when she finally did, she gasped a bit. They were this two guys everyone in Tumblr was obsessed about. That's why Sam and Dean sounded familiar. Those were their character names, but Liv couldn't figure out their real names. Sam and Dean seemed to have noticed her sudden reaction to seeing their faces and became worried. "You alright, kid?" Sam asked her.
"Holy shit..." She muttered. "You guys are...Shit! I can't remember your names...Uh, Jerry and Jack? No, no, no! Jared and Jensen!"
Dean and Sam exchanged confused looks. "Those aren't our names..." Dean/Jensen mumbled.
"Hold on," Sam/Jared interrupted. "You know us?"
Yeah, you guys are from Supernatural." Liv explained.
Dean/Jensen groaned. "Not that damn book series... If we ever see Chuck again, remind me to kill him."
"Book series?" Liv asked in confusion. "It's a TV Show."
"TV Show?" Sam/Jared asked in confusion.
"Wait! Is this a prank? Are there cameras everywhere?" Liv asked with a bright smile as she looked around, but she quickly snapped back. "If there is, I was totally gonna pay back the food I stole."
"Forget the food!" Dean/Jensen snapped. "How do you know who we are? Our pictures aren't on those books, how would you know our faces-Unless..." He suddenly cut himself off and glared back at the teenager. A dark look glistened in his eyes as he pressed his arm against her neck. "Unless, you're a demon."
"What?!" Liv asked incredulously. She had to think of a way out of this. Her daggers were on her boots and she couldn't exactly move to get them, but if she remembered correctly Dean Winchester carried a weird magic blade inside his jacket pocket. Liv slowly crept her small hand closer into his jacket. "Jesus Christ, you guys take your jobs as Sam and Dean Winchester way too seriously!"
Dean/Jensen pressed harder against her jaw causing her to choke. "How do you know our names?" Liv only coughed in response as he fingers traced the pocket where she felt the indention of the knife. "Talk!"
"I...can't...dumbass." She choked out as her fingers found the opening to the pocket.
"Dean, let the poor girl breathe." Sam/Jared told him.
Dean/Jensen released her a little, but still pinned her to the wall using his right hand to press her shoulder back. "What are you?"
"Uh...a Ravenclaw?" Liv answered in confusion, her fingers almost touching the knife as she dug deeper in the pocket.
Dean/Jensen gave her an odd look just as Sam/Jared threw some water from a flask in Liv's face. She gasped in response as it soaked her. "Not a demon." Sam/Jared muttered to Dean/Jensen.
"What the hell was that?!" Liv asked incredulously, her fingers touching the handle of the knife.
"A test. You passed." Dean/Jensen said bitterly. "So, if you're not a demon, then what are you?"
"I have no clue what you're talking about!" She yelped. She gripped the knife and slowly began pulling it out.
"How do you know who we are?" Sam/Jared demanded. Almost there...
Liv groaned. Almost got it... "You're on Tumblr! You're names are Sam and Dean-"
"Winchester." A venomous voice sang from behind them. Dean/Jensen and Sam/Jared whipped around, but just as Dean tore his attention away from her, Liv grabbed hold of the knife an shoved it up her leather jacket sleeve just before poking her head up to see a burly man standing behind the group. She was about to ask who he was, but his eyes suddenly flipped into a pitch black coat over his irises. Liv's jaw dropped. It looked just like it did in the show, but it was real.
Before Sam and Dean could lunge at the demon, he flicked their bodies to the side, leaving Liv pinned against the wall watching in horror and still trying to process how this was all real.
The demon looked at the brunette teenager and smirked as he approached her. Liv braced herself, prank or not, she wasn't about to get hurt by a guy who had black eyes. She threw a punch at him and landed it square in his jaw, knocking him back a bit, but it only seemed to provoke him. He then lunged at her and lifted her off the ground by holding her throat in his hand. "Ah, the boss is gonna be happy to have you, little one. But I'm afraid for punching me, I'm gonna have to teach you a very painful lesson." The demon-guy explained.
"What? You gonna kill me?" Liv asked in a strained voice.
"Perhaps." He shrugged as his eyes turned black again and he drew back his free hand in a fist.
"Wait!" Liv cried out. The demon narrowed his eyes at her and she smiled. "Aren't you gonna ask me how I got it?"
The Demond's eyebrows creased in confusion. "Got what-?" He didn't get to finish his question because Liv suddenly dropped the knife she had swiped from Dean not her hand and plunged it into the demon's chest.
His grip on her throat vanished and she fell to her height as she shoved the blade deeper. "The knife." Liv growled. The demon's skin glowed, revealing a skeleton, just before the light flickered out and the demon became lifeless when she pulled out the knife. She was thankful the knife she had stolen from Dean just so happened to be the magical knife that killed demons as she watched the demon's body fall to the ground in front of her.
"How did you...?" Sam asked in awe as him and Dean groaned and pulled themselves to their feet.
"Holy shit..." LIv muttered as it finally hit her. She was actually inside Supernatural.
"What'd you say your name was again?" Dean asked her.
"Jamie." The brunette answered after a small pause.
