The story takes place after the destruction of Raccoon City.
Chapter 1: The Stripe Family.
30th Stepember 1998
A mushroom cloud engulfing what was once Raccoon City evaporated, leaving just eerie silence.
100 miles south lies a small town called Harpoon City. The residents are made up of humans and not-so-scary monsters who lived and worked together. Some of the Monsters and humans have started families together.
The News of what happened to Raccoon, was covered up and Harpoon was unaware what was to come...
Toralei Stripes lived above her father's general store that was located in downtown Harpoon City. She lived with her two daughters, ten year old daughter Meowlody and 16 year Purrsephone, who help their mum after school.
One night, Toralei was closing up for the day. Purrsephone was manning the till.
Meowlody was helping her mother with stock taking in the frozen food section.
Purrsephone was about to tidy up the magazine shelf until the shop door chimed.
Purrsephone had never this monster before, he was huge possably the same size as Captain Wolf. He was clean shaven and bold and one of his hands was bigger then the other. His outfit helped define his muscular frame. A tank top with combat pants and boots.
"May I help you?" asked the teenaged warecat.
He turned facing her with a smile and walked up stopping in front of the cash register.
"Sure Miss, my name is Ty Rant and I'm looking for some help."
Purrsephone eyed him questionably "What seems to be the problem Mister?"
He took a photo out from his left pant pocket and he passed it to her. "Have you seen this Gargoyle?" He asked her.
The photo showed a picture of a female Gargoyle wear the Harpoon police uniform. She was beautiful with blue eyes. She reminded her of Rochelle Gorgon who was a regular visitor to the store, except the girl in the picture had short brown hair.
Looking up at big guy she shacked her head. "I'll get my manager, maybe she can help" she paused and looked in the general direction of mother and yelled "Mom can you come here please?"
"Coming" replied Toralei from the frozen food section.
