Peytons Pov
He looked at her with so much love in his eyes "I love you" He said with a big grin on his face as he looked into her eyes waiting for her to say those three words back to him. She looked at him and faked a smile "I love you too" She doubted the words that came out of her lips. It wasn't that she didn't love him because she did. She just wasn't in love with him.
He crashed his lips to her hard with so much love and passion in his actions and pulled at her hair lightle and she kissed back but it didn't feel righ. It wasn't the right lips or the right hands. Julian's hands were too big too rougth unlike his hands they were soft and gentle but he had moved on so she had to as well and Julian treated her well and loved her so she stayed with him and continued to pretend to her self that she was happy but the truth was she would never be fully happy again until she was back with the man that she loved.
She was snapped out of her thoughts by the feeling of Julian's lips leaving a trail down her neck. "Whats going on inside that head of yours?"he asked sweetly. She looked at him with a fake smile on her face "Oh nothing just thinking of my handsome boyfriend that i love" Julian grinned at her "All good things i hope" She faked a laugh "Of course" Julian smiled and kissed her lightly on the nose before leaving to go to work. She sighed and threw her head back on the pillow. You see this had become quite the routine for Peyton Sawyer and every time it got easier and easier to lie. And everytime she lied it made her realise more and more that this relationship with her and Julian would never work because he just didn't know her. Lucas always knew when she was telling a lie no matter what it was.
Julian's pov
He sighed as he walked out of his apartment to go to work. Things were getting harder and harder and he began to spend more and more time at work. You see Julian Baker may have acted like he was clueless but deep down he saw right through his girlfriends lies. He knew as well as she did that this relationship was never going to work but he didn't want to admit that to him self because as well as he knew she did not love him. He loved her with all his heart and didn't want to let her go but he knew eventually that he would have to. So he started to distance himself from her to make things easier for when he would need to end it.
