A/N: Hey readers, if you have found this work, then that means that you are searching for the enlightenment of the Holy Log. This concept is not an original one, but I plan on making the first fully completed Holy Book of Log. I will be using sections added by others that you have no doubt found on the internet, and shall give credit to these authors whenever I use their passage. Each of these chapters will be short, as it's not an actual story and I plan on making each chapter its own "book"(Honor of the Forest Canticle, Redwood Journals, Wanderers Saga, etc). Send me a PM if you want me to combine multiple books per chapter; I am very easy to convince. Updates might be sparse, but I hope to complete it... someday. On that note, Ladies and Gentlemen, I present to you (drumroll) The Holy Book of Log.

The Holy Book of Log

Book I: Nativity of a World of Trees

1.1 In the beginning, there was nothing

1.2 And from nothing, the First Log grew.

1.3 The First Log spread splinters from It's body, and burned them to create the stars.

1.4 The First Log saw that space was empty, and made planets from his branches to decorate the stars.

1.5 The First Log saw that the universe was without logs, and so made Earth so that logs could grow.

1.6 And so the First Log blessed the planet with his Holy Life-Giving Sap, so that life would arise from the dirt: and so life grew.

1.7 The First Log looked upon Earth, and created animals to enjoy the trees.

1.8 As the First Log saw fire appear in a forest from a clumsy animal, the First Log decreed with righteous wrath, "Thou who bringeth torch to the wood shall burneth in the Eternal Flame in the Realm of Burning Logs": and it was so.

1.9 Saddened by the death of the Forest, the First Log created a place where the Logs forever grow, the Forest of Life.

1.10 The First Log then blessed Mankind, so that it may guard the forest in It's name, and protect the logs from those who would seek to destroy it.

1.11 The First Log looked upon Earth, and saw that It was now many, as the Spirit and Holy Life Sap of the First Log was within each Log upon the Earth: and the First Log was content.
