A/N: For my reviewer: Elizabeth Smith.

This was originally chapter 1 for this whole story but I realized that not only was it to short but it was perfect for her idea as well. So for those of you who are still reading, this is the next chapter of Buzz and Jessie Moments.

Bonnie's mother had tendency of handing down to her daughter. They were usually random things, such as all of her old clothes, some old pieces of furniture here and there, even some old decorations from her old, teenage, room. All of these things were handed down to her daughter with as much enthusiasm and pride as the day the older woman got them. The bedroom hand-me-downs were usually the most ridiculous looking things, and would range from drapes with beaded patterns that fanned out oddly at the bottom, to old toys and collages made out of pressed flowers, or even old bedsheets that looked to old to be slept on. However, the newest addition to the room had to be the ugliest thing of all, and not a single toy in Bonnie's room dared to disagree with this statement. It was a fuzzy, orange, circle with a few stray threads poking out from the sides in odd little patterns, a few of these strands still containing a few beads or bits of things that could be left up to the imagination. It also smelt oddly of moth balls and the oldies, and the toys refused to go near it. Well, except for Jessie, that is as she was more curious than applaud by the circle. So despite the other's warnings, one day she found herself walking towards the circles, and as usual, wherever she went, a certain space man would go with her.

"What is it?" Buzz asked, looking at the circle closely as they drew closer to it.

"I think it was an animal of some sort." Jessie poked it, but then she suddenly lept back as if it would attack her. "I've never seen anything like it before. Not even in Emily's room..."

"In that case, I think its dead." Buzz said bluntly, taking a step back slowly. "Though, I don't think there is any animal out there with fur this orange."

"True, but it might have been." Jessie said, smiling widely and petting the thing."Oh wait! I think I know what this is! I think Bonnie's mom called it a shag rug."

"Well, in that case...It's kind of creeping me out." Buzz muttered, backing away from it slowly again.

"I think its kind of cute! In a dirty, old, kind of way." She said, but suddenly flung herself away from the thing when it moved beneath her, though unbeknownst to her, it had only shifted from her suddenly moving it.

"Je-" The space man was cut off suddenly by the girl backing away quickly.

"Holy- did you see that!? It moved!" Jessie exclaimed, jumping up and gripping her hat in fright.

"Let's just walk away... Slowly." Her male counter part said, trying to sound calm.

The two toys backed away from the rug slowly, and then they took off running as fast as they could, as if they were hoping that the rug wasn't following them. Once they were a safe distance away, they turned back around and looked at the rug from their spot near the bed. Since the rug wasn't actually following or moving for that matter, they could have just walked out right there and then. Though, just to be on the safe side, they chose not to leave their spots until they were sure that the rug wasn't moving at all.
