After all

Cas glanced over to Dean trying to find something to speak of. He knew Dean was still mad about him not coming when he called all those times but didn't want to sit in silence any longer.

"Dean..." Cas said softly while staring at his feet. Afraid to see his expression.

"Yes Cas." Dean replies sharpley.

"I'm sorry for not coming I had..."

"don't explain Cas. You have too much going on for me. The guy you pulled out of hell. The guy who loves you and you should love to!" Dean felt bad for getting snippy but was too angry to really care.

Cas just sat there. With his newly developed emtions he could tell he was going to cry.

Dean looked over and noticed so he walked over and hugged him.

"I'm sorry Cas. I just need help!"

"It's okay. I understand but have you ever stopped to think maybe I need help too?" Cas was a little irritated but more hurt then anything.

Dean lets go. He backed up and you could tell he was getting angry. "You need help! What have I been doing this entire time! I sure as hell know I wasn't on vacation! I have been helping your ass!"

A tear rolled down Cas's cheek. To see the man he loved so dearly so angry at him. he hated fighting with him and just wished he would hold him.

Dean began to feel terrible and walked over to Cas, grabbed his hand and pulled him towards the floor so they could sit.

Cas leaned into him. "Why can't things be like it was before all this. Why didn't I come to you sooner. We could have been able to avoid all this and just would've been happy. Together."

Dean was a little shocked to hear that. Especially after what all was just said." Look Cas, one day things are going to get better. Were going to be able to go on with our life and not be fighting for it and saving people. Things will be okay. One day we can be together and happy but until then we need to help eachother and be there for eachother more." Dean wish for this to be treue but he knew things would never be okay.

Cas just grinned."Really? Could things really get better?" Youcould hear the strong willed hope.

Dean, not one to lie to someone he loved, had no choice but to."Yes. It could and it will.. Now lets break up this little love fest and go kick some demon ass. The more we do the sooner we can be happy."

Cas jumped up. "Alright! Lets go!" He ran out the door.

"Uh... Cas."

"Yes?" He peeked his head around the corner.

"Slow your roll tiger. We don't have a lead yet."

Cas giggled. "Oh right. We need one of those."
