So, I was trying to fall asleep last night and ended up writing this. It's rather sappy and will probably end up on my tumblr profile, so enjoy!

Disclaimer: I don't own the last line of the fic. It's owned by the writers of To Have and Have Not. I also don't own this show, you know who it's owned by. I do however own the fictional baby.

"Tony." A voice softly whispers. The man hears a soft chuckle when he waves his hand to dismiss the voice.

"Wake up." The voice returns in a sing- song manner.

"We have the day off." He grumbles.

"I need you awake."

"I'm sorry sweet cheeks." He answers kissing the woman's wrist. "Five more minutes." He adds. The person huffs playfully and moves off the bed.

"Where are you going?" Tony asks with a whine, his eyes almost open.

"To find a more awake person to talk to." The person answers before walking out of the room. Tony turns his head to the other side of the pillow and what feels like minutes later, hears the female voice coo,"He's silly isn't he motek?"

A smile creeps to the man's face as he hears a babbling sound coming from his left side.

"I take it you found someone more awake?" He mumbles.

"Yes." The person says triumphantly as a small hand softly hits Tony's forehead. Slowly opening his eyes, the man finds his son gurgling away, content to sit on the bed with his parents and propped up by his mother's hands.

"He missed you yesterday. Didn't you?" The female questions to which the baby responds with a small, toothless grin. Propping himself up, Tony takes the boy's chubby hand.

"Daddy missed you too little guy." He states kissing the boy's hand.

"His mother missed you too." The woman says with a smirk. Grinning, Tony places a kiss on his wife's lips.

"An all day case and all night stake- out are not what I had in mind for our Anniversary." The woman comments with a hint of mirth.

"Sorry, Zi. I tried to get out of it."

"I understand." She says knowingly, "Bad guys never take a day off. I do have a surprise for you though."

"You two are enough." Tony remarks cheekily. Ziva smirks back.

"I guess you do not want to know what I got you?" She teases.

"No, I do!" He answers like the child he sometimes is. Smiling, Ziva walks away taking their son with him.

"I just got to see him!" The man protests.

"He wants to help." Ziva remarks as she hoists the baby on her hip a little more. Curious, Tony tries to gauge what is happening by random sounds he hears from another room. Fully awake, the man sits upright in the bed when Ziva comes back with thier son, a gift bag, and her phone. Seeing his raised eyebrow, his wife explains she needs pictures as she hands him the gift and positions the baby to watch.

Tearing away the tissue paper, Tony is agog at what he sees in the bag. Staring at him is something he never thought he would see: The complete set of Bogart and Bacall movies.

"Do you like it?" She questions as she sits on the bed to further prop their son up.

"Yeah! Zi, where'd you find this?" He asks as a mischevious smile plays on the woman's face. He kisses her before asking, "We can watch these later right?" Ziva smiles against the kiss and the comment.

"You know how to whistle don't you?" She questions.
