Dovewing, You Little Liar
Dovewing padded softly through the forest, searching through the forest for prey. Two moons had passed since the battle with the Dark Forest cats, and all was well. Sort of. Dovewing had been lying a lot lately… and her sister, Ivypool, and her new friend, Hollyleaf, were very untrusting of her… but then again, her lies were for a purpose. And no one –not even her sister- could know why she lied. Besides, Dovewing needed some secrets. The clan already knew about the prophecy, and about her, Lionblaze, and Jayfeather's powers. Sadly, everyone looked at them oddly besides Bumblestripe and Cinderheart.
Cinderheart was expecting Lionblaze's kits, and Dovewing had been waiting for them to come. Jayfeather always shooed her away, and told her "not yet" which wasn't a good enough answer in Dovewing's opinion. who've wing was very excitednd ago could hardly manage to stay in camp. Dovewing focused her hearing on the Shadowclan border, and sure enough, Tigerheart sat with his tail flicking nervously rit at the border. Dovewing sped up, and loped over to the dark tabby. He looked up, and his ambers eyes glinted softly in the light.
"Dovewing! I thought you decided not to come! I was about to leave."
Dovewing snorted. "You definatly were not about to leave." Dovewing pricked her ears at the sound of a cracking twig, but she could only smell Thunderclan scent. It was very distinct...
"Dovewing! What are you doing with this mangy Shadowclan warrior?" Bumblestripe growled. Dovewing exchanged a glance with Tigerheart. He stood up and stretched.
"Bumblestripe, I was telling him not to be on the border!" Dovewing gave an exasperated sigh, and nudged Bumblestripe away. Bumblestripe looked unconvinced. He back Ed away slowly. Casting a last, awkward glance at Dovewing and Tigerheart, he darted away through the forest.
Dovewing let out a sigh. No cat needed to know their secret, and of all cats, Dovewing didn't want Bumblestripe to know! She wanted to be friends. But Bumblestripe wanted more then that. Dovewing shook her head. She was going to have to tell him some how.
"So... Who was that?" Tigerheart meowed, nudging Dovewing. Dovewing blinked.
"That was Bumblestripe. He's a friend." Tigerheart automatically took up a defensive tone.
"Not more then a friend, right?" He said with narrowed eyes. Dovewing rolled her eyes and shook her head.

Dovewing groaned as a paw prodded her in the side. She blinked her eyes open to see Ivypool looking at her.
"What is it?" Dovewing asked.
"Uh.. Dovewing. You need to... Go to Bramblestar. There is a visitor for you." Alarm shot through Dvewing, and she darted out of the den, scrambled up the rocks to the leaders den. She announced her presence, and walked inside. Tigerheart stood beside Bramblestar with a happy look on his face.
"This cat wants to join the clan. What do you think? I'm asking the three cats from the prophecy." Bramblestar explained. Dovewing looked at Tigerheart with a thoughtful expression, and nodded. Bramblestar dismissed her, and Dovewing passed the mighty Lionblaze on her way out.
