One set of blue eyes glared into a set of blue optics which returned the glare with equal intensity.

"You-damaged-my-pede!" Blurr yelled.

"You stepped on me!" Alice yelled back.

"I-wouldn't-have-if-you-hadn't-been-in-my-way!" Blurr retorted.

"It's not my fault if you can't watch were you're going!" Alice shot back.

"Pain-in-the-aft!"

"Son of a glitch!"

"Fragging-dumb-blond!"

"Oh that's real original Flash!"

"It's-Blurr! Not-Flash! Not-Speedy! Blurr!"

"It could be Mother Fragger and I still wouldn't give a damn about it!"

Off on the sidelines, Shortfuse, Sideswipe, and Jason watched them trade insults.

Shortfuse shook her head. "Those two fight like us and the Decepticons."

"Yeah." Sideswipe agreed. "Four cubes of energon says there going out by the end of the month."

Both Shortfuse and Jason smirked. "You're on."

"So, you and Blurr seem to be getting along better." Jason said conversationally as he and Alice both did their homework.

Alice sent him a sidelong look of disbelief. "You're either blind or deaf to believe we don't like each other." she growled.

Jason shifted in his seat. "Well, is there anything you do like about him?"

Alice glared at him.

At the same time in the Ark, Sideswipe was talking with Blurr. "So, you and Alice ever think of getting together?"

Blurr stared at him for a moment before laughing at the absurdity of it. "Me-and-Chrysalis? Never!"

"But you've already given her a pet name!" Sideswipe pointed out.

Blurr rolled his optics. "That's-her-name."

Sideswipe blinked before connecting the dots. 'Oh, Chris-Alice.' he thought. "Why won't you go out with her?"

Blurr's expression hardened.

At the same time they both said what they thought of each other.

"He's an annoying glitch."

"She's-a-what's-the-word? Oh-yeah,-a-bitch."

"It almost the end of the month and none of us have gotten either of them to like each other." Sideswipe groused. Jason nodded in agreement.

"Technically, I still haven't had my shot at this." Shortfuse said smirking.

Both Jason and Sideswipe exchanged looks. "What are you planning?"

Shortfuse just continued smirking as she spoke, "You'll see."

"What's he/she doing her?" Two voices cried angrily as blue eyes/optics met in an even glare.

Shortfuse looked between them and took a step back to the still open door. "You two need to resolve your issues. Now, I'm going to lock this door and neither of you are allowed to come out until you either work it out or kill each other. Your choice." she said closing the door shut behind her and secretly hoping they didn't try the latter option she gave them.

Both Alice and Blurr spent a good minute of glaring at the door before continuing to glare at each other.
