Honorable Intent

Dr. Dunn:

We have been informed on good authority that you have, for some time now, been spending an inordinate amount of time with our sister, Miranda. Normally, this would be of no real concern to us as Miranda has always been a very serious student concerned about her academics. She is highly intelligent and has a very promising career ahead of her.

However, she is a PHYSICS GRADUATE STUDENT and you are a PROFESSOR OF ANTHROPOLOGY. Do you see the problem here? If you don't, we do.

Don't think that because we have never met you or heard about you before that this means we are disconnected from the situation and from Miranda's life. Let me assure you we are not. Miranda has always been a very independent and private person. Trust us that we will be speaking to her about you in the very near future. If our sister is in any way hurt, emotionally or physically, during one of your "so-called investigations" we will be meeting with you personally.

As Miranda is our baby sister, the only girl in our family we might add, it is in your best interest to have honorable intentions toward her.

Until we meet,

Adrian, Antonio, Sebastian, and Ferdinand

P.S.-We all took lessons at our Father's country club firing range.

"The age of chivalry is never past, so long as there is a wrong left unredressed on earth, or a man or woman left to say, I will redress that wrong, or spend my life in the attempt."-Charles Kingsley
