It was late one night at the Spacey Brothers Headquarters. Chamametchi was sleeping over for the night, even though her older brother Mametchi didn't give her permission. She didn't even ask; he knew he would say no.
She laid in her sleeping bag next to Pipospetchi's bed, wide awake with an empty tummy.
She was hungry.

Suddenly, Pipospetchi asked if she was asleep.
"No. Why, aren't you?"
He shook his head. He was getting pretty hungry.
Chamametchi nodded. "Me too...you think we can go and get a midnight snack?"

Pipospetchi said that it might be a bit risky, but he knew that it would be worth it.
She smiled "Alrighty. Let's go."

So they tip-toed all the way to the kitchen, making sure they didn't wake up Spaceytchi and Akaspetchi.
When they got there, Pipospetchi turned on the light switch, making sure it was dim enough.

Then Chamametchi went over to the fridge and opened it up. Ther was a lot of food...but nothing caught her eye.
"Nothing in the fridge," she whispered.
Then Pipospetchi opened up a cupboard. Nothing in there.
"Hmm..."

Then Pipospetchi remembered something: the dessert stash!
Chamametchi closed the fridge door. "You have a dessert stash?"
He nodded. Spaceytchi had set it up so he couldn't eat it all in one night...but he knew where it was.
Chamametchi smiled. "Awesome! Where is it?"
Pipospetchi pointed to a rectangular outline, big enough for them to get into.
He got out his trusty-dusty screwdriver, unscrewing the screws that held up the door to the passageway.

He genly set it down on the floor next to them, and the two climbed in to find a enormous mountain of sugary sweets.
Chamametchi looked up, astonished at such a pile "Wow...!"
Pipospetchi nodded. Then he said that they should only eat a couple things out of the pile, so Spaceytchi wouldn't get suspicious.
She nodded, and they both went up to it, thinking about what they should take first.

Eventually, they decided on a few twinkies and two packages of 'cosmic brownies'.
Satisfied and full, the two went back to the kitchen, screwing the screws on the cover back onto the wall.
"That was yummy~!"
Pipospetchi agreed, turning the dim lights off. Now they can go back to sleep.

As they went back to their beds, the lights flickered back on. "Busted!"
They both gasped and turned around to find Spaceytchi, with a very angry look on his face.
"I knew you would find the dessert stash."
Chamametchi gulped. "But we were hungry and we couldn't sleep!"
Pipospetchi nodded. Besides, he didn't really do a good job at hiding it in the first place.

"Pipo, you're grounded. Chamametchi, I'm calling Mametchi. Though, I'm actually surprised that you managed to find the secret dessert stash..."
Pipospetchi shrugged. They didn't have to try too hard.
