Hey everyone! I'm finally back(yay)and I have a new story for you! It's a Twilight one-shot based on Utada Hikaru's 'Simple and Clean.
Also, if someone could, I'm looking for a beta. If you would like to beta, or know someone who would, please say so. Now, ON TO THE STORY!
Bella P.O.V.
It was the morning of my 18th birthday, and I had been trying, unsuccessfully, to tell Edaward not to buy me anything, telling him he was all I needed.
Of course, he hadn't met Charlie as my "official" boyfriend. Once I had told him this and he said, "Don't get me wrong I live you, but does this mean I have to meet your father?". I realized he had quoted one of my favorite songs. I had let the subject go, not realizing what he had been thinking.
Timeskip day after birthday when Edwards leaving.
What. Did. He. Just. Say?! HE'S LEAVING!? "WHY!?" I all but yelled, hoping it was joke. "I'm leaving." he said. I started to cry, but then I decided to sing instead.
"When you walk away, you don't hear me say please, Oh baby don't go, Simple and Clean is the way that you're me feel tonight, it's hard to let it go." As I sang, I turned around, not letting him see my tears. When I felt an unnatural gust of wind, I layed down and cried.
A few hours later I woke up alone and scared, laying on the forest floor.
Timeskip, after Bella saves Edward, Morning in her room.
B pov.
When I opened my eyes, I knew something was wrong. After all, Edward didn't love me, so why would he be in my room? When I asked he sang, "Wish I could prove I love you, but does that mean I have to walk on water?". When he finished I cried, "When we are older you'll understand, It's enough when I say so, and maybe some things are that simple." And as we lay there, holding each other, we sang "Hold me whatever lies beyond the morning is a little later on, regardless of warnings the future doesn't scare me at all, nothing's like before."
And cut! So, what did everyone think? Please review, please please please please please! Also, if ya'll want me to, I will post another chapter with the Simple and Clean lyrics.
