The First Murderer

You were punished for your transgression

Your head, not too bright and full of envy

Thought about bringing the Hammer down

Upon his head which you too impaled also

Pleaded insanity in court, you came here too

Like all the rest he looked to for dark science

In this place, he is your Creator, your Judge

And he has seen fit to make you Executioner

No Jury is needed, for he decides all fates

While you carry out all orders without fail

Until he departs, when you have free reign

As another steps in to do your work and also

Seek the Redemption you had been denied

For being your Brother's Keeper in the heads

As for 2015's Halloween special, I decided to write a short poem about the Keeper. It also alludes to Ruvik as well in case you can't tell who the other individual was. The poem's title is based on the biblical story of Cain and Abel because when I think of the Keeper, there is an idea I get about his name possibly being an allusion to Cain. It's just speculation on my part, so at best it's merely a non-canon theory as to who/what the real/first Keeper was.

I do not own Evil Within as it is owned by Shinji Mikami & Tango Gameworks.

Happy Halloween!
