Takes place at the end of Season 1, at prom.
Everyone at prom was having their fairy tale ending.
Nina became Fabian's girlfriend.
Fabian became Nina's boyfriend.
Amber got to have her perfect prom.
Alfie got to go to prom with Amber.
Mara got to go to prom with Mick.
Mick got to eat whatever he wanted.
Patricia got her best friend back.
Joy got to come back to school and see all her friends.
Jerome got to watch the girl he loves slow dance with a meat head.
Okay, well everyone except for Jerome was having their fairy tale ending.
Jerome decided to do something, to make this his perfect prom. So, when Mick went to go get more snacks, leaving Mara alone on the dance floor, Jerome made his move.
"Good evening, Madam, it seems you are all alone on the dance floor, would you care for dance?" Jerome asked Mara.
"Um, thanks Jerome, but Mick just went to go get some snacks, he'll be back soon," Mara responded, looking around, avoiding making eye contact with Jerome, hoping Mick would suddenly appear.
"But until he returns?" Jerome asked, smiling. He knew Mara couldn't resist the smile, no one could resist the smile.
"Oh, alright," Mara agreed.
Jerome and Mara boogied for a little while. Mara didn't seem very interested, her eyes always darting around, waiting for Mick to come back. It was like she needed him to survive.
Eventually, the song ended, and Mick still wasn't back. A slow song started to play and Jerome looked over to see Amber talking to the DJ, glancing to his left, sure enough, there were Fabian and Nina, blushing like crazy. Jerome turned back to his dancing partner.
"Shall we?" Jerome asked, as he started to place his arms around Mara's waist.
"I don't know, I really should go a see what's keeping Mick. And…"
"Mara, this is your prom, do you really want to spend it chasing around Mick? Enjoy it," Jerome said hoping his bait would work.
"You're right," Mara said with a smile, putting her arms around Jerome's neck.
The pair swayed to the beat of the music. This time, Mara actually seemed to be interested, having a good time. Staring into each other eyes, swaying to the beat, to Jerome, this was perfect.
The music did finally end, and Mara went to go find Mick. Before turning to go, she thanked Jerome, giving him a quick peck on the cheek. A sign of friendship. Jerome was left standing on the dance floor, alone. But that didn't matter to him. Nothing matter to him. He had danced with Mara.
Jerome finally got his perfect prom.
Ya, I hate the ending. It seems too rough. Comments/Complaints? Please Review! (And you can do it anonymous!) I plan to write more and upload, so expect more stories soon!
