I wrote this along time ago and haven't done anything to it. Tell me what you think about it.

The End

"The day shall come when the evil of the world will rule once more. All humanity will cease to exist and the world that we know shall perish with all that is good. The sun shall explode and engulf the earth. Sending it into eternal hell. The sky shall turn a chrisom and the plants will die. Humanity will suffer for its crimes. The heavens will cry poison rain; the oceans shall dry up and there will be no peace, no happiness, no light, and the world will be no more." Giles stops reading the prophecy. He goes over to the window and stares at the chrisom sky. The land is barren and hot. He turns back to look at his slayer and her friends.

"So that's it? We can't do anything else?" Buffy asks.

"What do you mean is there anything else?" Willow asks. "We fight just like we always have."

"We'll lose." Giles says sadly.

"Doesn't matter," Buffy states, "We're all going to die anyways. Why not go down fighting?" She stands and walks out. She goes down through the sewers and walks until she comes to the sewer exit that leads to the mansion. The mansion was severely damaged after the last earthquake; half of it collapsed. Making it almost impossible for Angel to live there anymore, but it will all he had left. After the last attack on Buffy and Co. it left them all pretty weak, including Angel. The demons had gotten smarter and brought vampire supplies this time. Buffy entered the mansion to find Angel sitting on the floor, his back against the wall. His feet inches away from the outline of the door created by the sun.

"It will be over soon," he says, "I can feel the life slipping away from me." Buffy comes to sit next to him.

"We're the last," she says sadly, "aside from Giles and the others. We're the last. Everyone else is dead."

"Are you going to fight?" He asks without taking his eyes off the floor.

"I'm not sure," she answers, " Maybe if you weren't so hurt…"

"What?" he asks. "Why did you stop?"

"If you could fight I know we could win." she answers.

"We can't win Buffy. This is it. The end." he counters. "But if you think we got a shot.." he says standing up on weak legs. "Then I'll fight. I'll fight with you till the end of the world. Even if that's going to be tonight. Either way I'm going to die."

"Shh…don't talk like that. We'll be fine. We all will be fine." She says. They walk out of the mansion and to the library together. When they arrive they find the Hellmouth has opened and Giles, along with the others, are dead. They fight against death for many hours, but they finally could no longer deny it. Angel fell to the ground; The Holy Water poisoning his blood. Buffy comes to his side not caring what happened next.

"It's over, Buffy. We lost." he whispers.

"Shh…I don't care about that now." She says.

"I love you Buffy." He vows weakly, trying to hold onto life. "I always have."

"I love you too Angel. I always will." She responded.

"Nothing can separate us, not even death. Goodbye Buffy." He says and closes his eyes.

"Goodbye Angel." Buffy says. She sits there holding the body of her dead lover. Thinking to herself, 'It won't be long now. Goodbye is never forever.' She takes a knife and stabs herself. And there the final scene of life; a Slayer and her guardian Angel. They shall never die and be forever immortal. Even after death.
