Atomic weapons are being stolen from both US and British submarines and aircraft's. MI6 and the CIA team up in an effort to recover their stolen weapons and catch those responsible for their disappearance. Marco Jameson is assigned as the leading agent for MI6 and Alan Roberts is the leading agent for the CIA. Along with these two are two trainees that they have been forced to bring along.
Shawn Llewelyn is the MI6 trainee and she is headstrong and one of the best the agency would turn out. She is still young though and extremely stubborn. She follows order but always manages to do something to either jeopardize herself or the others around her. There is always a scene when she is around but with every mission she has been on she has come out clean and not harmed anyone else, except for those that crossed her, those weren't so lucky. They called her the 'Flawless Klutz'. There's an oxymoron for you.
The CIA sent Shane Gray with Alan because Shane has never failed on a mission and looked very promising. He too is young and stubborn. He likes to work alone and prides himself on taking credit for what he completes. He's conceited and good-looking. At the agency he was known as 'the young James Bond'.
To say the least Shawn and Shane were each other's counterparts.
It's hate at first site for the two trainees. They are too young and immature to realize that sometimes you have to work together to succeed. it's a contact competition between the two and this brings problems not only for their agencies but for the mission and their lives.
