Author's note: It's four thirty AM. I was listening to a song named Insomnia. I'm easily amused. This was bound to happen.

Insomnia

Dustin sighed, tossing and turning in the bed. He just couldn't get to sleep! Dammit.
He gave up with another sigh and stared up in the roof. It was dark, so he couldn't exactly see much. But still!
He peeked over at the clock. It was as if those shiny numbers taunted him, blinking oh so innocently. 04:06 AM. Great.
He sat up and silently moved out of the room and down the stairs to the kitchen. He opened the fridge and took out a jar of his sweetest sin... okay, next to sweetest. Peanut butter!
He didn't really like it but it was good when he couldn't sleep. All thanks to his big sister's boyfriend. What? He was five and easily agreed to try things!
Like when his other big sister told him to steal chocolate for her... he got caught! But he got a lollipop for it because the female security guard thought he was "the most adorable thing in the world!" She'd freaked him out.
But back to what he was doing.
He took out a spoon, opened the lid and put the spoon in, taking it back out and eating. He slowly pulled the spoon out of his mouth, enjoying every little bit of the sweet taste. It was kinda sticky, but he'd surive.
"Dustin?"
He froze, the spoon almost out of his mouth.
"Babe, what are you doing?"
He slowly turned around to look at Hunter and pulled the spoon out.
"Eating peanut butter." he replied innocently. "I couldn't sleep."
He pouted.
Hunter sighed and shook his head, walking over. "It's a quarter past four in the night." he said.
Dustin shrugged. "Still couldn't sleep."
Hunter sighed once again and took the jar and spoon from him, putting the jar back inside the fridge and put the spoon into the sink. He then took Dustin's hand and pulled him towards the bedroom.
"I'll just have to help you sleep then."
Dustin frowned. "Dude?"
Hunter sent him a smirk in reply, and shut the bedroom door firmly behind them once they were inside.
