This is just a sneak peek of what will happen when Angu is King. It's very short, since it's just a sneak peak but many things are revealed. Just to clear things up..

Doa is Vitani's daughter and mother of Kosa and Kamaria.

Nyota is Angu's sister and daughter of King Kovu and Queen Kiara - seen in Giza Land of Light and Darkness. Here we go!

A roar ripped through the skies only to reveal a lioness roaring in agony. Two hyenas fiercely ripped through her ear, tearing it up, gruesomely. A male stood protectively over the lioness, roaring and scaring the scavengers off.
The lioness lay unconscious on the floor as the male nudged her.

"Kamaria?"

She didn't answer but a small groan slipped from her throat.

"I've gotta get you out of here. I'm so sorry," said the male, scooping her up onto his back.

"Kosa, take me home." she groaned, her eyes still closed.

"I will, don't worry."

They galloped for hours, desperate to reach home and sink their bodies into the warm cave, surrounded by love and family. Thunder roared through the grey skies, followed by a thick electrical bolt that burnt through the terrain then proceeded onto large thick, grey clouds.
They finally arrived inside the den, then Kosa set down Kamaria on the cave floor.

"What's happening?" asked Doa, seeing Kamaria hurt. "Answer me!" she repeated to Kosa.

"I'm sorry mom. I left Kamaria outside on her own and I heard a roar," he explained. "I followed the sound and found two hyenas biting Kamaria's ear. I saved her and brought her home." He shuddered, thinking of his mother's reaction. She'd hit him - maybe even kill him.

"How can you be so careless to your younger sister?" gasped Doa, her voice wobbling.

"I..." he stuttered, not knowing what else to say. "It was raining.. I don't like rain."

Doa whipped her son across the face, sending him across the cave floor. A dark scar emerged on his cheek, towering almost to his right eye. Doa wept, she had just smacked her son and her daughter was hurt.

"Mom.. please.." she turned her head and saw her younger daughter, rising from her position and defending her older brother. "I told him to go home, that I'd be fine."

Vitani came in and met her granddaughter's eyes. "Kamaria..." she stuttered, feeling upset that her granddaughter was hurt. She nuzzled Kamaria. "Calm down and rest," she said. "You're hurt."

Guilt was still rising from Kosa's stomach - not only had he hurt his sister, but now he had hurt his mother. A large bulky male lion stepped forward, mane going all the way to his mid stomach. He gave a growl.

"King Angu..." began Kosa. "I was-"

"How can my own nephew be so carless?" he growled. "As much as I hate to say it, you are banished from the Pride Lands... until you learn to be responsible for your actions."

"How long will that take?" stepped in Nyota, tears from her eyes. She looked to her older brother and whimpered. "No, Angu. Don't do it."

"I have to. Our father said it's the job of the king - that he must be strict, for the future of his Pride."

"But you didn't even give him a chance!" yelled Kamaria, defending her brother.

"No, sister. He's right. I don't deserve this... I'll be fine-" said Kosa, then interrupted.

"Promise?" this was the only word Kamaria could say, before she had to lay down again.

"Promise."
