She ran. That's all she could physically do. Her mind wouldn't give her any peace.

They didn't have to go that far.

She barely processed the raining that started.

They let me pull the trigger.

Tears started to spill from her eyes.

No one cared.

She ran through the storm without any thought of direction.

No one.

She slipped, landing hard on the pavement. "Darn it." She mumbled, feeling the pain sting everywhere.

I'll leave, let's see how they like that.

She turned her gaze to the falling rain, feeling the drops on her face. She thought of all the pain she was feeling, mentally and physically.

I wish I was as free as the raining, falling anywhere.

She let her head drop, her weariness sucking her strength.

I'm tired of this.

She let out a sickly laugh, "then I'll leave."

She got to feet, then everything dawned on her, wet clothes, worn-out mind, and the pain.

Where can I go? Everyone is the same.

She let her feet lead her to a set of stairs, completely focused on the pain in her chest. With each step she felt the strain of starting again only to fail grow.

She ran hoping to escape It all.

Escape the pain. Escape the hopelessness.

She reached the top of the stairs and pushed her way through the doors. She closed my eyes and screamed, falling on her knees.

Her voice echoed off the walls only to have silence eat it; then to be disturbed only for a loud moment by the closing of the doors behind her.

Fear slowly spread through her body. She opened her eyes only to see darkness.

No.

Her hand reached for her necklace and held it tightly.

"Don't do this to me." She whispered looked around, unable to see her surroundings.

The pain of loneliness flooded her.

"Don't do this, help me." She whispered again, standing up and started walking. "I'm not alone." She walked straight, hoping to find anything. "I'm not." She began feeling like she was being swallowed by the darkness.

"I said I'm not!" Her voice cracked off the walls and she broke into a run.

"Okuda, stop!" A new voice pierced through the air. Okuda slowed down and turned to face the way she came. Her eyes welled at the angelic sight.

There he stood, at the door, with a flashlight in hand, and soaked from the rain.

"Karma," She whispered before collapsing.
