Dear Kakashi-sensei,

Sakura drew a line through that and started over.

Dear Kakashi,

I've been trying to talk to you for so long now but I haven't been able to voice what I need to say. I don't know what it is that you've done to me but I can't fight it any longer. For so long I've wanted to give in so now I will.

I love you Kakashi. Whenever I'm near you I can't keep my thoughts straight. I unthinkingly move closer to you. Just to smell you gives me pleasure. It doesn't matter what our ages are. Age can't stop love. Especially not a love burns brighter and hotter as time passes.

There is nothing that surpasses your value to me. I would walk away from everything if you'd only ask. If it was your life or mine. I'd give up mine every time.

Sakura growled frustrated with herself. She balled up the little scroll she had been writing on and shoved it into her bag. Unfortunately she was unaware that it had fallen out.

Home. She needed to go home and think of a better way to tell Kakashi how she felt. Maybe pure genius would strike her. She wouldn't hold her breath waiting for it though.

Kakashi leaned down to pick up the scroll that he had seen fall out of her bag.

"Sakura." He called out but by that time she was too far away to hear him. Curiosity got the best of Kakashi. He smoothed out the scroll and began to read. His eyes widened at the sight of his name. His heart ached with every word he read. Kakashi was gripping the letter tightly by the time he reached the end.

"Sakura." He said softly.
