Sans decided to go with Papyrus to one of Undyne's training lessons one day. Sans just sat by and watched Papyrus and Undyne of course. Soon it was time to go. "COME ON BROTHER! I WILL RACE YOU HOME!" Papyrus said and ran off.

Sans chuckled and started to follow until Undyne called him. "Hey Sans! Can you wait a moment. I want to talk to you about something..." Undyne said. She sounded a little uneasy. Sans was confused. "Sure." He walked over to Undyne. "What do ya wanna talk about?" He asked.

Undyne walked over to the front door of her house. "It's better that we talk about it inside." She said. Sans was a little curious but he shrugged it off and walked inside after her. She sat down at the table. Sans sat down opposite of her. "So, what was it you wanted to talk about?" He asked.

Undyne sighed and looked down. "Well, I've been having a lot of...nightmares, lately. They're continuous and the same thing happens every time." She said.

"So you wanted to talk with me about nightmares?" Sans asked.

Undyne growled as she glared at him. "Hey! I'm only talking to you because you're the only one I can!" She said. She then sighed and looked down. "In the nightmares a human comes into the underground. And they kill everything in their path. Papyrus, the canine squad of the royal guard, and every monster they see." She said.

Sans grew uneasy and his permanent smile shrunk as he thought of the genocide timelines. "And they just seem so, real. I don't know what I should do. It feels as if there's something I have forgotten." Undyne said.

Sans wondered if he should tell her. "But you're just Papyrus's lazy brother, why would I be asking you? Well, it feels as if you know something I don't." She said. She looked at Sans with a narrowed eye. "So tell me, what do you know?" She asked.

Sans grew more uneasy. "I have no idea what you are talking about." He said.

Undyne growled and slammed her fists down on the table. "I know you're hiding something! Tell me!" She demanded.

Sans began sweating a little. "I'm not hiding anything. Besides, it's just some nightmares, nothing you, Undyne, captain of King Asgore's royal guard shouldn't be able to handle." Sans said.

Undyne growled again. "Enough with the lies! Just tell me!" She demanded.

Sans sighed, he had to tell her if he wanted to live. "Alright." He said. "I'll tell you." "though sit down, it's a long story."

Undyne scowled. "I WILL RIP THE SOUL OUT OF THAT PUNKS BODY UNTIL THEY STOP TRYING!" Undyne roared as she stood up with a spear in hand. Sans sighed, he had just told Undyne about the resets he was surprised she remembered anything about the past resets at all, he guessed it was due to her determination.

"Undyne, I told ya before, the kid doesn't stay dead, and they NEVER give up." Sans said.

Undyne glared at him. "Well I can't just sit by and do nothing as that child slaughters all the monsters over and over again! Seriously Sans, I know you're lazy but sitting around like this is just traitorous and pathetic!" She said.

Sans nodded and closed his eye sockets. "True, but there's nothing we can do except play along. Hopefully they'll get bored with us and stop resetting." He said.

Undyne sighed and sat down. "Yeah, you're right." She said. Sans stood up and went to the door. "Well, I gotta go before the human leaves the ruins. See ya later Undyne." Sans said before he left.
