DISCLAIMER: I don't own Harry Potter, only my ideas. I don't own the lyrics either.
I hope you enjoyed the story. It might end up being a longer one, depending on how many reviews I get! But anyway, I kind of loved writing this one. It was fun! I hope you enjoy (yeah, I said that already but you can deal with it!) Anyway. Please read and review! Tell me if it sucked, tell me if you loved it, tell me if you really don't care and hope that I never write again! I'm open to all hatings or lovings of the story!
XoXo
Living life from day to day is never a very good idea, but I have no other choice! I mean, with me being thrust into the back of everything, I just kind of wait everything out. It's not that sad of a life. At least I'm pretty, right? But being pretty isn't just something that you can handle with grace. You have to be very precise about what you do and how you do it. Though, that isn't necessarily something that I pride myself of. You see, I am Roxanne Weasley. No doubt, you have never heard of me. Or, if you have, you don't know that much about me. But I am a person with family and such and boys just love to sing about me. Though, they all believe that they own me. Which they most certainly do not!
"Roxanne, you don't care if it's wrong or if it is right!" a handsome boy named Aaden sings as I walk by on my way to class. I shot a smile back at him and he takes it as an invitation, which it most certainly is not! He wrapped his arm around my waist and dipped me down, throwing me into some sort of a tango. I gasped and frowned, watching as my boyfriend, Christian sauntered by. He was singing to himself.
"His eyes upon your face. His hand upon your hand. His lips caress your skin. It's more than I can stand." He glared at me and continued to walk to class. I tried to get out of Aaden's grip but his gray eyes flashed mysteriously at me and he pulled me upright again, pressing his lips down on mine. I slapped him and ran away.
"Roxanne!" I heard him yell as I flew down the corridor, trying to reach Christian. I tripped and landed on my knees, panting and feeling the tears flood into my eyes when I heard some more of his voice.
"Why does my heart cry?" he sang loudly, spinning back to face me. I stood up, trying to grab him but he was walking backwards.
"Roxanne!" Aaden was still crying from behind me, his angry footsteps crashing down upon my ears.
"Feelings I can't fight. You're free to leave me, but just don't deceive me. And please believe me when I say I love you!" Christian screamed at me, making my heart pound. I was crying now and I could hear whispers in Latin surround me.
"And I who love you so much; what am I going to do? You left me…you left me like a dove. My soul has left me; my heart has left me. I no longer wish to live because I cannot convince you, Roxanne." It was the last ten boyfriends that I had left because I had hurt them. Why could I do nothing right? Everything was crashing down upon my heart.
I looked up at Christian whose grey eyes were swimming with tears. I ran to him, but he walked away. I had just thrown away everything that I ever wanted. I finally caught up to him and threw my arms around him. He pushed me away and looked me in the eyes. "Why does my heart cry? Feelings I can't fight?" he whispered in my ear, pulling me close again. I wrapped my arms around him, feeling his warmth wrap around my body. I had gained it back. Maybe.
"ROXANNE!" My father cried, breaking me out of my dream.
