A Hero's Vow
Chapter 3 The Vision
Link rolled his eyes as he idly knocked out every guard in his way. The guards who were foolish
enough to tangle with him were given a sharp rap over the head with the blunt end of Link's sword.
Link yawned as he kicked another guard in the nuts. The guard doubled over in pain as Link
laughed maniacally. These lil' bastards are pissin' me off! They're really messing up my threads!
Link thought as he nimbly dodged out of the way of a charging guard, tripping him at the same
time. He emerged in the clearing where the Princess of Hyrule stood.
So, the little ass is spying again. Link thought. Doesn't she know when to get a life?
Link's boots crunched on the fallen leaves. Zelda whipped around in surprise. Her jaw dropped
open. A thin trickle of drool dribbled down her chin. Oh no! Link thought It's one Zelda's "bad"
days.
"I sense danger... Lots of danger. Danger. Ganon. Danger. Much much danger." Zelda
proclaimed as she swayed back and forth, lost in a doubtfully called telepathic message.
"Yes... I'm sure there's danger. Danger is here because of Ganon." said Link soothingly as
edged closer. He rummaged frantically for a straitjacket and an electric cattle prod.
"No no! I see danger only if I don't marry you!" Zelda roared as she struggled to break away
from Link's iron grip, her saliva spraying in all directions.
"Uh huh. Now hold still while I give you this tranquilizer shot..." Link purred as he gently
helped her into the straitjacket.
"Gyaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhh!!!" Zelda screamed as Link hauled her away to the insane
asylum.
"I would give a call to her parents." Link said to the two attendants who were struggling to drag
her to the loony bin since Zelda was kicking and screaming.
"I don't wanna go back! Wait, I see more danger! It's Ganon!!!" Zelda yelled as she was pushed
into a large white truck.
"Aaaaah!Diedieideidieidieidieidieidie!" she screamed as she pulled out another wad of hair from
one of the attendants.
I sure took care of her Link thought. He gave out a laugh that echoed across the empty
courtyard.
