Situated in the middle of nowhere… is an island, inhabited by a few and has a vibrant and lush environment.
A young man stood on the docks which extends to the ocean. He had messy brown hair, wore a red jacket over a blue button up. He's also wearing brown jeans.
"Yo. The name's is Oliver… I'm a fan character from Dora the Explorer… and the host for this first season of what I would like to call… Survivor Spinoff.
The host grins as he began to make his way to the end of the dock where a large boat was waiting.
"We have accepted twenty different contestants, from different genres and franchises… and they'll be competing in challenges. Now, they have never met each other before so who knows what'll happen. They'll be grouped into teams of five… that's right, there'll be four teams for this installment," explained Oliver as he fiddled with a stray strand of hair before chuckling. "Their skills will surely be put to the test as they all need to adapt to life on this island… for a whopping thirty-nine days or less while competing in challenges. Immunity challenges, however… are one of the most important parts… if your team loses, you'll all be forced to vote off one of your own and the contestant with the most votes will get their torches snuffed by me, of course! We also have a total of four idols in play during the team phase, one for each tribe hidden at the respective team camps. Those are all the simple rules to this… let's now get acquainted with the contestants, shall we?"
The first contestant then got off the boat. She was a caucasian young girl wearing blue overalls over a yellow shirt and blue jeans. There's a red bow on her head.
Jennicka/12/Winnie the Pooh
And our first contestant is here! Welcome to the show, Jennicka!" greeted Oliver, extending a hand at the young girl.
The young tween grinned as she shook Oliver's hand. "Hi hi! I hope that I can get along with the others!"
"Well… you're a young girl from a children's book slash television series… so you might look weak. Aren't you nervous about that?" Oliver asked the overalls-clad girl.
"Well… only a little… but I'm sure that everyone would forget my weakness and just be my friends," chirped Jennicka with a giggle. "After all, I'm one of the friendliest people around!"
"Strategy is also needed in this game… but let's see if your plan works," commented Oliver with a shrug. "Just go onto the beach while we wait for the other nineteen contestants."
Jennicka nodded vigorously as she made her way to the beach. Just then, another contestant got off the boat… or to be more specific, pushed off the boat. The contestant was confined inside a tank. The contestant is a blue jellyfish with a worried expression.
Glub/Unknown/Insaniquarium
"Glub, how does it feel to be the first purely aquatic contestant in the game?" Oliver asked the jellyfish, who shook his head.
"It sucks, to be honest… I wish I can actually walk on land and such… since being stuck in a tank isn't going to help me perform well in challenges and would just make me a liability," whimpered Glub, holding his head. "Watch as I leave first… blub…"
"Blub?" queried Oliver, furrowing a brow at Glub's last statement.
"I do that when I'm nervous…" murmured Glub, eyes shifting to the side.
"Uhh… just go to the others then," requested Oliver, rubbing his arm sheepishly.
"... glub… that's impossible…" pointed out Glub, deadpanning. "I can't move on my own…"
"... that's a problem…" muttered Oliver before shaking his head with a weak smile. "Lemme help you then, Glub."
Glub sighs as the host began pushing Glub's tank to the beach. "Will you help me too during challenges? During tribal councils? I'm not exactly mobile."
"You don't say," drawled Oliver as he struggled pushing Glub's tank.
As Glub's tank finally reached the beach, Oliver returns to the end of the dock where the boat was. Coincidentally, the next contestant got off by that time. It was a large pink train engine with a wide grin on her face.
Gwendolyn/Unknown/Thomas and Friends
"Gwen… welcome… are you having trouble like Glub…" Oliver pauses, face-palming a bit. "... seeing as you're a literal train engine… God… this cast is weird."
"Wellthename'sGwendolynbutyoucancallmeGwenI'mabithyperactiveandItalkfastsinceIneedtobefastsincethere'splacestobeandpeopletosee!" Gwendolyn yells, letting out some steam with a wide grin.
Oliver blinks in surprise before smiling weakly at the female train engine. "Uhh… do you think that it'll be hard for the others to understand you?"
"WellIdon'texpectthemtounderstandmebutIhopethattheydon'tbootmeoffjustbecauseofpoorcommunication…" frowned Gwendolyn. "I'maniceper-errrtrainenginesoyeah!"
"Well, I hope that you fit in with the others then," commented Oliver.
Gwendolyn nodded as she skidded quickly all the way to the beach. Strangely, the dock was wide enough for her.
Moments later, the next contestant got off the boat. She was a brown Pou wearing a polkadot dress and a red hair bow.
Jennifer/45/Pou
"Hi Jenn-" started Oliver only to be loudly shushed by the Pou.
"Call me Jen," said the Pou in a raspy voice. "Jennifer is too formal in this setting."
"Okay Jen… how does it feel to be one of the oldest contestants our here?" questioned Oliver, crossing his arms.
"Well… it's a handicap. People would automatically pinpoint me as a liability just because I'm old… and that's just… ageist!" huffed Jen, turning red in anger before simmering down a bit. "I'm here to prove that age doesn't matter by making it all the way to the top."
"Calm down, Jen… you're proving a lot already. Just go to the others please," requested Oliver.
The Pou huffs as she hops to the beach where the other contestants were. Seconds later, another boy got off the boat. He has curly dark hair and tanned skin. He wore a leather jacket over a black shirt and ripped jeans. He seems to be focused on his phone.
Marcus/17/Pokemon Go
"Yo Marcus," greeted Oliver, waving at the dark-haired boy.
"Mhhmm," mumbled Marcus, eyes still focused on his phone.
"Okay… why do you…" Oliver quickly swiped the phone from the body. "Sorry, but no phones allowed in this game."
Marcus growls at him, crossing his arms. "This really sucks! I was so close to catching an Oddish. This close!"
"Well, you're in Survivor now so you need to learn how to adapt," explained Oliver with a frown.
"Ugggggh. And in the span of one second, this is totally the worst experience yet." groaned Marcus, holding his head with a miffed expression then trudging to the beach.
Jennicka smiled and waved at the phone addict. "Hi. My name is Jennicka. I hope that we can get alon-"
"Shut it!" growled Marcus, sneering at the Winnie the Pooh fan character, who yelps in fear.
Moments later, another contestant got off the boat. He was a Raposa, who's wearing a straw hat, black tank top and cargo shorts.
Jules/22/Drawn to Life
"The name's Jules. Don't get on my bad side, mkay?" threatened Jules with a frown. His squeaky voice however didn't make his threat sound threatening.
"Jules, why did you join Survivor?" Oliver asked the Raposa, ignoring his threat.
"To get that moolah, of course," explained Jules, blushing in embarrassment. He scratched the back of his head sheepishly as he continued. "Life back at home has been tough so maybe joining this here game can clear my head and stuff, y'know? And I thought that being threatening would get me far."
"Well… that's a bit… wrong," commented Oliver, blinking. "Uh, just go to the others. I want to breeze through you lot so we can get started with the real thing."
"Sure," shrugged Jules as he walk to the other contestants.
As Jules reached the beach, the next contestant got off the boat. He was a blonde caucasian, who wore a red bandana, black tee shirt and blue jeans. He winks at the host.
Edward/16/Total Drama
"Uh… are you flirting with the host, Edward?" queried Oliver, furrowing a brow in confusion. He then frowns, crossing his arms. "Cuz, it's not gonna work so don't try."
Edward frowns. "Is it bad to mingle?"
"Well, you wink-"
"Winked. It was only a wink," drawled Edward nonchalantly, clenching a fist. "It's not like I even said something. You're just overreacting."
"Just go to the others."
Edward rolled his eyes as he walked over to the others. Jennicka, of course, was the only one waving at him with a smile.
"Hi hi, new guy! My nam-" started Jennicka only for Marcus to growl at her.
"You've been doing that since I've got here so give it a rest," grunted Marcus, sneering at the overalls-clad girl.
"Let her be herself, Marcus. It's not like she's hurting anyone," frowned Jen.
"YeahJennickaisjustanicegirl," agreed Gwendolyn.
"Uh… I can't understand what train girl is saying," remarked Edward with a frown.
"Sorryit'saproblem," apologized Gwendolyn, eyes shifting to the side.
Just then, the next contestant was pushed off the boat. It was Sunflower, who was perched in a flower pot. Unlike normal Sunflower, she has black eye shadow.
Bleakella/4/Plants Vs. Zombies
"Bleakella, how's it going?" Oliver asked the Sunflower.
"... bleak… everything's bleak," sighed Bleakella, looking down. "Why am I even here knowing that I'll just be voted off first..?"
"Err… that sounds… depressing, to be honest. Bleakella, why did you join the show with the mindset that you're going to be voted off first?"
"... I thought… that it would be fun… I thought wrong," whispered Bleakella, eyes shifting to the side. "... siiiiiiiiiigh."
"Just go to the other contestants, Bleakella. We still have twelve m- oh yeah, you can't move on your own. Well, I'll lift you to the others then," said Oliver as he walk over to Bleakella. He then carries the flower pot with a huff.
Bleakella blinks. "This is the best moment in my life… oh well, I'm over it."
Oliver then places Bleakella next to the other contestants, who look at the Sunflower awkwardly. The host then walks back to the edge of the docks.
A contestant then got off the boat. He was a pudgy bald man wearing a top hat and a long coat and black pants.
Topper/64/Monopoly
"Topper, how is it being rich?" Oliver asked the pudgy man.
"Er-hem. Despite my upbringing, I am not going to take any chances. I will win this and be more richer. Better me than those peasants over there." scoffed Topper, rolling his eyes.
"Did he just call us peasants?" Glub frowned, sneering at the rich man.
"Heremindsmeofsomeone!" commented Gwendolyn with a frown.
"Uhh… Topper, you may want to tone down the pompous behavior," suggested Oliver. "Cuz, it seems like you're painting yourself as a target."
"Hmph! Lies! I am rich… and I have lied to make it this far so I don't care what the other says," scoffed Topper, rolling his eyes.
"Yeah yeah. Just go to the others," said Oliver, rolling his eyes. He was starting to get miffed of the rich man's behavior.
Topper scoffs as he walks over to the other contestants. After Topper left, the next contestant got off of the boat. He was a walking vanilla ice cream cone with a cherry on top.
Coney/25/Battle for Dream Island
"Coney! Welcome welcome! How does it feel to be the first food item on the show?" questioned Oliver, stifling a chuckle.
"Don't underestimate me just because I'm an ice cream cone. I'll be forming alliances and be the first edible survivor!" stated Coney, pointing at the sky with a determined smirk. He then pauses before smiling weakly. "Remove the edible part. I am not going to be eaten. I'm going to win!"
"Ookay, just go to the others then."
Coney nodded as he cockily sauntered off to the others.
He winks at the other contestants. "The name's Coney. I'm winning this cuz I'm going to be forming alliances and win all of the contestants then win Dream Island too!"
"Uhh… wut?" asked Marcus, narrowing his eyes.
"Well, it seems that you aren't informed, my good sir… but I'm the future winner of this," boasted Coney.
"Hmmmph. Delusions," scoffed Topper.
"What?!" scowled Coney, tapping his foot with a miffed expression.
"Simmer down, you two. We all need to get along," pointed out Jennicka with a whimper. "The game's not even officially started yet and you two are already arguing. Hug it out and kiss, if you want, but please don't fight."
"ErrrJennickaisn'tthisgamebasedonliesandstrategyandstuff?" pointed out Gwendolyn with a confused expression.
"Well… maybe this season would be different," argued Jennicka. "All we need is to unite and make peace with another."
"Peace… is merely an illusion," sighed Bleakella, sniffling.
Glub gives her a look. "You have issues."
"As expected…" moaned Bleakella, blinking in sadness.
At the exact moment, the next contestant got off the boat. She had blonde hair and wore glasses. She is also wearing a blue fuzzy scarf, a red sweater vest over a pink shirt and white khakis.
Joan/30/Friends
"Joan! Do you think that you have a chance to win this?" Oliver asked the latest contestant.
"Well, I would like to say that I will but that would just put me in a horrible spot with the others," answered Joan, pushing back her glasses. "I have the brains but not the brawn so it would be wishful thinking to say that I'm winning."
"Interesting answer, Joan," commented Oliver with a nod. "I think you'll be an interesting player down the line."
"Well thank you," said Joan with a nod. "I'll be off to the others, I presume."
Oliver just nodded as the bespectacled girl walks over to the other contestants.
As Joan reached the other contestants, she bows politely. She then stands up straight, pushing back her glasses with a nonchalant expression. "My name is Joan and I hope to get acquainted with you all."
Bleakella sighed as she faces the new girl. "Hey… I'm Bleakella…"
"Gwendolyn," mused Gwendolyn with a giggle.
"Err… I don't need your names. I already know since I was already told at the boat," explained Joan nonchalantly. "Though, I would like to know more about you two."
"... that's a first…" murmured Bleakella to herself before she mustered a weak smile. "Er-hem, my name is Bleakella… weird name, I know… so don't ask… that's all."
"GwendolynismynameItalkfastwheeeee!" giggled Gwendolyn.
Joan tilted her head to the side. "You're way too fast… slow down."
Back at the docks, another contestant got off of the boat. She was a goose, wearing a blue bonnet and carrying along a book of poems.
Emma/60/Mother Goose
"Ms. Emma Goose, I'm quite concerned that you joined this show despite your health concerns," commented Oliver, giving the goose a concerned look.
"I can handle myself," murmured Emma with a curt nod. "I can handle myself… but it's sweet that you care."
"What's with the book though?" queried the host, furrowing a brow.
"Well, it's my book of poems. An old goose like me needs to have something to read," explained Emma with a chuckle.
"You can go to the others now," requested Oliver. The goose nodded as she walks to the other contestants.
Another contestant then got off of the boat. He was a man wearing a blue shirts, black pants and a red cap. Though, there was something weird with him. He's made out of bricks.
Concrete/18/Roblox
"Concrete… what a weird name," mused Oliver to himself as the Robloxian scowls at him.
"Shut it. You're looking at the winner of this shitshow," growled Concrete, sneering at the host.
"Wow. You're the first one to say that and lose afterwards," drawled Oliver sarcastically. "Just go to the others. We're nearing the end of this intro, which won't be even shown to the public."
"Whatever," grumbled Brick as he walks over to the others.
Moments later, another contestant flew out of the boat. She has long blonde hair and wore a green dress.
Artolia/Unknown/Tinkerbell
"Artolia. Like Coney, you're one of the firsts. The first fairy in the competition," said Oliver, waving at the fairy.
Artolia giggles, sprinkling pixie dust everywhere. "Yipee! A wonderful event has graced us all so we should celebrate!"
"It's nice seeing someone enthusiastic," commented Oliver nodding in satisfaction. "Do you think that you have an advantage in this game?"
"What do you mean?" asked Artolia with a confused expression. "I don't remember being given an advantage."
"You can fly," Oliver bluntly pointed out. "That was the advantage I was talking about."
"Oh!" said Artolia, blinking in realization. She then giggles, winking playfully. "It's not much of an advantage, to be honest. Flying isn't even an advantage in the first place. Every fairy in the world can fly… wait… where are your wings, host person?"
"Uhh… you're the only fairy in this show," explained Oliver, smiling weakly. "Soo… yeah."
Artolia gasps in surprise. "I'm t-the only fairy?! That's impossible."
"Yeah… only one character per franchise," explained Oliver.
"... I see," murmured Artolia, smiling weakly. "Then, I'll just bond with you non-fairies!"
"Ookay. Just go to the others, Artolia," requested Oliver as the fairy took flight to the other contestants.
Moments after, another contestant got off of the boat. It was… a blue robot. Just a blue robot.
B.O.T./Unknown/Discord
"Bot of Telling… that's a weird name," commented Oliver. "You're one of the bots in Discord, right?"
"Affirmative. As you can see with my name, I tell people what they want to here," explained the robot in a robotic voice.
"Well… you're a robot on Survivor. I know that it's common in this but I'm still baffled," commented Oliver.
"Common?" asked B.O.T. in a confused tone.
"Cherman. Delta… that's all, I think," shrugged Oliver.
"Okay…" muttered B.O.T.
"Just go to the others, botty dude," said Oliver.
The robot nodded as he walked over to the other contestants. Another contestant then got off of the boat. She was an anthropomorphic pony with a pink cloche hat and wore black rubber boots.
Marge/14/The Amazing World of Gumball
"Marge, how do you feel knowing that you're on Survivor?" Oliver asked the pony.
"It's been a dream of mine," said Marge with a smile. "So it's heartwarming to be on the show… really heartwarming."
"Well… this show is about to begin since there's only about four left to introduce," explained Oliver.
"Yep! I'll be heading to the others, alright?" Marge said with a smile.
"Well… before you go, one last question," said Oliver, stopping the pony from leaving. "What's your motivation for winning?"
"I don't want to win. I only want to be on Survivor," explained Marge before continuing to walk to the others.
Seconds later, the next contestant got off the boat. She had auburn hair and was wearing a silver crown with a red jewel and a purple gown.
Princess Melodika/32/Super Princess Peach
"Good day, Princess Melodika… or should I say, your Majesty?" queried Oliver with a smirk.
"Melodika is fine. Thank you very much," huffed Princess Melodika, dusting her gown. "I'm not here as a royal but as a fellow contestant like you common folk."
"Well, is being the princess of Vibe Island that hard?" Oliver asked Melodika.
The princess giggles, wagging a finger at the host. "Of course it is. Constant annoyances plague my lifetime and it oh so gives me stress."
"Well… this game won't be any less stressful that your duties as a princess," pointed out Oliver.
"I guess… but as a princess, I have to face each day with confidence and kindness," explained Melodika with a smirk. "So I'll do my best in this game!"
The princess then struts to the others contestants. Seconds after, the next contestant got off the boat. She's a puffball with a green bow and a deadpan expression.
Amanda/24/Kirby
"Hey Amanda! Ho-"
The puffball ignores him, going straight to the other contestants.
"Wow… that was rude," commented Oliver before shrugging. "There's only two contestants left to introduce anyway."
Moments later, the next contestant got off of the boat. He is a young boy with a neatly combed black hair and an innocent smile. He wore a white polo shirt and black pants.
Ricky/12/Magic School Bus
"Ricky, you're one of our youngest contestants in the game. How does it feel?" Oliver asked the tween.
"Errr… it doesn't feel any different," commented Ricky, smiling sheepishly. "I'm just younger. That's all. I'm still as capable as the others."
"Well… it's good to see you determined. Go to the others. We only have one contestant left… and this can officially begin," explained Oliver.
Oliver nods as he walks over to the other contestant… then… the final contestant got off the boat. It was just a regular Voltorb.
Erico/24/Pokemon
"Hi Erico. You're ou-"
Erico rolled past him without a word.
"Well… that makes things easier," commented Oliver as he makes his way to the beach where the contestants were.
As Oliver reached the beached, he faced the twenty castaways with a smirk. "I'm quite relieved that everyone is gathered… but we can't start yet."
"Why not?! I want to pwn some noobs," growled Concrete with a miffed expression.
"Well, we still have to form teams," explained Oliver. He then gestures to four mats behind the contestants. The colors are red, blue, yellow and green. "The producers decided to group you all by temperament… which is open-ended so this will be hard but I got the groups done."
"The blue tribe, which will be formally knowns as Melancholo, will be formed by the depressing… yet level-headed contestants. It will be made up of Bleakella, Joan, Marcus, Glub and Ricky."
Ricky smiled as he carries Bleakella's pot and the Sunflower. "This tribe looks solid."
"Heck no! We have a fucking jellyfish in our tribe!" grumbled Marcus, struggling to push Glub's tank.
"The green tribe, which will be formally known as Sanguin, a tribe of happy-go-lucky and crazy but not that crazy campers. It will be made up of Gwendolyn, Edward, Amanda, Concrete and Artolia."
Artolia frowns, slightly disappointed as she flies over to the green mat. "I guess this will do."
"The yellow tribe, which will be called the Phlemac, a tribe of reserved and tranquil campers. It will be made up of Marge, Emma, B.O.T., Jules and Jennifer.
"This tribe is interesting…" muttered B.O.T. walking to the yellow mat with the other team members.
"Last but not least is the red tribe, which will be called the Cholero tribe, made up of the contestants prone to temper tantrums. It will be made up of Princess Melodika, Topper, Jennicka, Erico and Coney.
"Good grief. This tribe is a mess," commented Melodika, face-palming as she walks over to the red mat with the other Cholero members.
Soon, all of the contestants were now standing on their respective mats. Oliver grins as he faces them.
"Well… let's get this started then. This is anyone's game. Who will be the last one standing?" started Oliver before smirking.
"18 CONTESTANTS… 39 DAYS… ONE SURVIVOR!"
