Mycroft came home to find the house strangely quiet. He entered the bedroom to find Molly curled up sleeping. Her hair framed her serene face, and her lips were slightly parted. Mycroft thought she looked absolutely beautiful. He took off his suit jacket and shoes, and laid next to her. Molly instinctively curled into his chest.

Mycroft just held her while she slept and reminisced over how they met.

He was sitting at a conference about, now that he thought of it, he had no idea what it was about. He was just obligated to be there. He looked around and his eyes fell on a familiar face. Doctor Hooper. He had Anthea find her phone number and he texted her.

Molly felt her phone vibrate and checked it.

Hello, Doctor Hooper. Fancy seeing you here-MH

Molly looked up and saw him. She gave him a sweet smile and replied.

Yes, Mr. Holmes. What are you here for?-MH

Mycroft smiled at the text.

I am obligated as a member of the British Government to be here. You?-MH

Molly sent right back.

I have to be here as a representative for the hospital. It's so boring.-MH

Call me Molly by the way-MH

Mycroft agreed with her.

It is quite boring. Sitting around watching ignorant people talk about irrelevant things. Positively mind numbing-MH

Molly stifled a giggle.

I couldn't have said it better myself. I tend to observe the different people. It's quite amusing-MH

Mycroft considered this.

Do elaborate. And call me Mycroft-MH

Molly looked around to find someone to talk about.

Look at the woman in the far left section. Hard to miss-MH

Mycroft looked.

One with the bright pink bow? Anyone could find her in a crowd.-MH

Molly giggled quietly.

Yep. Then you have Mr. I'm Important Because I Have a Badge over there. Gosh, I'm really bored now. And there aren't any good looking guys to look at.-MH

Mycroft and Molly kept texting each other random things to pass the time.

I am not required to be at this session. Would you like to accompany me to lunch?-MH

Molly blushed, but replied nonetheless.

Of course! I'm finished here too:)-MH

That was the start of the beautiful relationship the two had. Sherlock had surprisingly been very happy for them. He was much more inclined to get Molly in on his mischievous escapades though.

Mycroft looked down as Molly stirred from her sleep. She smiled up at him.

"Decided to take a nap I see." He said.

"I was sleepy. What are you up to?" Molly asked.

"Just remembering how we met." Mycroft replied.

"You mean the day you got called out in front of everyone for laughing?" Molly inquired.

"Please don't remind me." Mycroft groaned teasingly.

"Oh, I thought it was very funny." Molly said.

"I was utterly embarrassed." Mycroft said and kissed her.

"Aw, you poor thing." Molly smiled. "I do believe it was worth it."

"Ah yes. Very much worth it." Mycroft kissed her again.
