"-and therefore, I will destroy every bicycle in the Tri-State Area!" bellowed Doofenshmirtz, spreading his arms theatrically.

Perry the Platypus sat back in his cage, his head in his hands. Foiling Doofenshmirtz had always been the best part of the day, but nowadays, it just seemed like they were stuck in a rut. The same old dull routine. Plus, Doofenshmirtz was running out of original ideas, so now his plans were absolutely pathetic and not much fun to foil, which definitely didn't help. They were becoming more of an inconvenience rather than a threat.

"Are you listening to me?" Doofenshmirtz demanded. "You look like you're falling asleep in there. Are you tired of foiling me?"

Perry shrugged. The agents of O.W.C.A. had been officially given translators to use with their nemeses, but Perry preferred not to be able to have conversations with Doofenshmirtz. In fact, Perry wasn't sure his nemesis even knew he HAD a translator.

Doofenshmirtz sighed heavily. "Sorry, Perry the Platypus. My schemes aren't great at the moment, cuz I've been pouring all of my good stuff into L.O.V.E.M.U.F.F.I.N. recently. We recently got a new leader, and she's revamping the entire organisation."

Perry sat up straighter in alarm. This was news to him. Now he wished he hadn't left his translator at home. He made his chatter noise and cocked his head on one side.

"You wanna know more about her?"

The platypus nodded.

"I guess it can't hurt." Doofenshmirtz powered down his -inator and sat down in front of Perry's cell. "Her name's Dove Walker. Don't let the name fool you; she's ANYTHING but peaceful. We don't know where she's from, since her application form didn't specify. Normally we wouldn't allow anyone to join without listing where they were born, but...well, she didn't "join" so much as "take over"." Doofenshmirtz paused. "She doesn't seem to like us much. She's not much of an engineer, but she can REALLY command an army. She got Rodney and Rodrigo physically fighting over literally nothing within five minutes of her arrival."

Perry didn't like the sound of that. It sounded like this woman could wield words as weapons. Who knew what damage she could cause when left alone with other people like Rodney.

"What else… Oh yeah! She seems to have this pet platypus." Doofenshmirtz regarded Perry curiously. "I think she called her "Orla" or something. She was orange. I didn't think you could get orange platypuses. Do you know her?"

An orange platypus? Perry thought hard about that. He didn't know any other platypuses at all, let alone any female ones. Slowly shaking his head, he stood up in the cage and chattered, again wishing he had brought his translator.

"What do you want?" Doofenshmirtz demanded.

Perry pointed out the cage.

"You want out? Sure. I'm not really in the mood for my scheme today, so just press the self-destruct button on your way out, if you would."

Doofenshmirtz lifted up the cage, letting Perry out. After destroying the -inator, Perry flew off in his hovercar. He went straight back to O.W.C.A. HQ and up to his office cubicle, where he sat down at his computer and searched the name "Dove Walker". No results came up for that particular name, apart from a single mention on a police report for a woman named Kestrel Walker.

Name: Kestrel Walker

Gender: Female

Age: 26

D.O.B.: 9th January 1994

Known Associates: See attached list

Other information: Kestrel Walker is an important link in the criminal underworld. She has at least sixty confirmed allies and has enough information on each of them to charge them with at least eight different crimes altogether. It is unknown how she was able to become such an important part of the criminal underworld, but it may have something to do with the fact that she and her sister, Dove Walker (no information provided), had criminal parents.

Perry stopped reading, frowning a little. Dove Walker was the leader of L.O.V.E.M.U.F.F.I.N. now, and her sister was apparently a major criminal ally. It looked as if Dove was a lot smarter, or at least a lot more careful, than her sister; Kestrel had a large police file about her, whereas Dove had no information about her anywhere on the Internet. He decided to read more about Kestrel.

Provided is a transcript of the spoken statement that Kestrel Walker provided us while questioned about the murder of Sally Richards.

"I knew Sally Richards, yes. She was a cat burglar who lived just down the street from me. The last time I saw her was two days before the murder, in a cafe where I was meeting with an associate of mine. She served us coffee. No, I didn't talk to her apart from a simple "thank you". I did not see her on the day in question, nor did I see or hear anything suspicious around the time of the murder. And before you ask, yes, I do have an alibi. At the time of the murder, I was in that very same cafe, drinking a hot chocolate. Yes, at three in the morning. I suffer from insomnia, and when it strikes that badly, the only thing that can get me back to sleep is one of those drinks. I have a receipt as proof that I bought the drink exactly three minutes before the murder took place, and you probably already know I can't get from there to the murder scene in anything less than ten minutes, even by car. Besides, there are four witnesses, including two waitresses, who will tell you with absolute certainty that I did not leave my seat from the moment I ordered my drink to when I left, over fifteen minutes after the murder was committed. Yes, I am aware I have a motive, but can you prove that I would murder someone over money? *policeman speaks* I didn't think so. I would like to be released, then."

Perry whistled slowly. This woman was very smart. She'd clearly dealt with enough police officers to know exactly what they would be asking for in her statement. Even if she HAD been responsible for the death of that woman, it wouldn't have been able to be proven. She had a rock solid alibi. And Kestrel Walker didn't seem like the kind of person to leave evidence lying around, if she had perhaps paid someone to kill Sally Richards for her.

He sighed. I really hope Dove isn't as smart than her sister, otherwise taking her down will be extremely difficult.
