{this story is a bunch of wish fulfillment. I looked and looked and didn't find a story like this, so I wrote it myself I'm sure someone else likes half-orc girls as much as I do. I made this up off the top of my head. any resemblance to anything ever is purely unintentional and all things belong to their owners}

"I like the half-orc alot and I am not going to let her get killed by a bunch of men who think her and all others like her are a blight on the Land."
"What an oddly complete summery of your situation. What are you going to do about it, orc-lover?"
"OUR situation. What are WE going to do about it? Do not be an asshole; you know you like her too."
Tobias actually looked up at me "Not the way you do; I've never tasted those tusks."
"That was just that one newyear!"
"Yeah, that I've seen..." He looked to his stupid book and was trying to study again "You know I've got class."
"I KNOW! Could you draw me up some scrolls?"
He whipped his head up "Damnit! you know I'm not allowed to do that its not like you can even read a scroll anyways muchless implement it in battle so stop shouting in a courtyard" he has quite alot of wind in his lungs.
I scan the courtyard of the school to see no one but a bald head glaring at us "you really do not care?"
"I'm sure Sanguine can take care of herself-"
"No man you did not see them these were the trained orc-killing squad guys!"
"Oh man armor and axes and stuff?"
"Longswords."
"Well, remember that little thief could probably sneak away from a big clunky suit." He finally closed the stupid book "our village in the deep forest? Why would they stop there? It sounds like they were headed for the orcs of the outer ridge."
He was probably right about the guard going to the outer ridge. In the direction they were traveling It was half a day to our village and whole day to get to a certain path leading into the ridge. The guard used to go in waves from this town to entrance points closer but had to have taken days to get around to where they were currently walking straight to, meaning they must have made some progress with their battles against the barbarians of the ridge. Orcs, all forms of goblinoid, and anyone else who would join them lie in wait in the many paths and caves of the cracked porous Land that is the outer ridge.
"She has grown quite a bit in just two years. You really think they have the major paths figured out?"
"So you HAVE been seeing her lately, eh? And you say she's had her growth spurt? I bet she was all over you-"
"Of course, I have been seeing her this entire time. Do you really want to know? Now, I was thinking if this is the way they are going they might try to make our village like this town, seeing as its nicely halfway between here and there."
"Your probably right..." I glared at him.
He continued "...you should just shadow 'em till you get home, If you even go that way." He stood up from under the bigass tree with his stupid book in his hand "I don't think an ambush is a good idea by yourself even if you had strong magic."
"Allright. See you later." he nodded and turned I turned and left the courtyard for the edge of town.
Now, I just saw the guard leave the town at a steady march towards our home and in as little time as that conversation had taken I ran fast and caught up with them. What I found stunned me; just a little bit.
{oooh cliffhanger! Its very vague because I dont know where Im going with this. Im gonna go read my D&D books to flesh out the characters and see what I can turn this into. Let me know what you would like to see appear in a story it could be anything from a certain monster or character class to the Chair of Excitement; just no characters from specific stories}
