I haven't seen Pitch Perfect yet, but i hear so much about it, I wanna write my version of it. I have a lot of characters.
I've always lived in the big city, San Francisco, California to be exact, and a little about me, I'm 5'9, 19 years old, and I have a brother, Nathan. We both like to sing. When we came to Baton Rogue, Louisiana, I thought it was going to be horrible, but it was pretty fun. Let's start with the first part.
We were going to the university, and of course we didn't know why. The car stopped, and Nathan and I got out, a lay in a uniform came up to me and Nathan. "Hello, welcome to our campus, here's your rape whistle, blow it only when you actually get raped," he informed us. Of course knowing me, I laughed. Nathan elbowed me in the stomach.
I glared at him, I looked behind him and saw this blond beauty, I pushed my stuff into Nate's chest, and followed her. When I got close to her i walked in front her, I had to say something "Hey, I'm Jason." She smiled at me. She may like me, but all she did was hand me a flier for auditions. I took it and looked at it "Will you be there?" she nodded.
The flier said to prepare any song you wanted. I was already ready, and it was time to be there as well, so me and Nate walked to the Auditorium. I saw the judges from behind the curtain, sadly enough I was the first person. I walked on stage.
"Name, age, and song you're performing with," the guy from Treble makers, Jesse, said. I looked at him.
"Jason Vance, I'm 19 and I will be singing Not Over You by Gavin Degraw." I announced, they nodded. I started singing "Dreams, that's where I have to go, to see your beautiful, face anymore, I stare at a picture of you, and listen to the radio, hope, hope there's a conversation, we both admit we had it good, but until then its alienation I know that much it understood, than I realize if you ask me how im doing id say im doing just fine, id lie and say that you're not on my mind but i go out and i sit down at a table meant for two and finally im forced to say the truth, no mater what i say im not over you, damn, damn girl you're doing well and i thought you were innocent took this heart and put it through hell but still you're magnificent i im a boomerang no matter how you throw turn around and im back in the game even better than the old me but im not even close without you if you ask me how im doing id say im doing just fine id lie and say that you're not on my mind but i go out and i sit down at a table set for two and finally I'm forced to say the truth no matter what i say im not over you." I walked off the stage and waited, I saw the blond-haired girl go on stage.
They asked the same questions to her. "Kelly Cooper, 18, and trouble maker" she started singing, and I have to say, best voice I ever heard. When she finished, I quickly hid, she walked past me.
"So Kelly Cooper huh?" I asked leaning against the wall.
"Yeah it is," she looked at me, well this should be fun.
Tell me if you liked it, and what should happen in the next chapter.
