Bellatrix: I always thought that Bellatrix had a fierce fighting spirit. I never did think that she would stoop so low as to kill and torture others for her own amusement. I always knew that she was in love with power so it was no surprise when joined the Death Eaters. I was so proud of her. I just never expected for her to fall in love with the Dark Lord. I mean come on. Bellatrix, fall in love, who would've thought. It appears that I was right in naming her Bellatrix. She certainly is a female warrior.
Andromeda: I always thought that Andromeda was different from the rest of us. It seems that she really lived up to her name. She got to marry for love, even though it was with a mud-… muggleborn. I would never admit it to anyone, but I'm proud of her. I never told anyone this, but I always kept the letter she sent to me about her wedding and little Nymphadora. I just hope that Bellatrix never gets a hold of her.
Narcissa: I always thought that my youngest daughter had the looks of an angel. Although her namesake states otherwise, she is far from vain. Only those close to her could tell. I was always touched at how I was the only one she came to with her problems. I always loved how Narcissa could wrap anyone around her little finger and manipulate them. It was a Black trait coming from the looks of a Rosier.
Sirius: I always knew that young Sirius would end up in Gryffindor. He always had that brave and defiant spirit. Who would've thought that he would become an animagus? A dog no less. Ironically, the constellation Sirius is in the shape of a dog. I always knew that Sirius was innocent of the crime he was accused of. It wouldn't be like him to do something like that.
Regulus: I never expected Regulus to become a Death Eater. He was always so shy. What surprised me even more is that he had the guts to defy and betray the Dark Lord. He even stole his horcrux. In a way, he sacrificed himself for the Greater Good.
I'm proud of all my daughters and nephews, just in different ways.
