This is my first short story ever. Funny, one-shot. The prolouge is dramatic but then it gets funny. PLEASE read until the end. A little fluff near the end as well. And don't worry there is no "sad someone almost dies" in this story. Hope you like it!

It was a simple robbery. Kid Flash and Jinx were stopping two guys who were thirsty for some priceless gems and artifacts. The location of this store was on the top floor of a shopping complex called Jump City Mall Complex.

"So creative..." Jinx murmured to herself, but loud enough for Kid Flash to hear. Jinx rolled her eyes and they headed in to stop the robbery. It was the same-old same-old; Husky guys in ski masks saying, "You can't beat me!" and two minutes later they are in a police car heading for prison, and swearing like a sailor for getting their butts kicked by a goth teenager and a boy in red and yellow spandex suit. But one thing was different about this robbery. While Kid Flash and Jinx were fighting with these guys on the roof, on guys cornered Jinx and shoved her of the 7-story building ( I don't know, I guess it's a super mall or something? ) Kid flash ran quickly down the stairs at light speed and onto the street to catch the beautiful girl with bubble gum pink hair.

"I got you! I got you! Oh look a penny!" Kid Flash picked it up and before he could open his arms to catch Jinx, she had already hit the pavement; HARD.

-After the Robbery-

At the hospital, Jinx got a cast for her leg. For the entire visit at the hospital, Jinx had her arms crossed and was cursing under her breath, and her eyes were burning with rage.

"All done. You are free to go."

The nurse declared.

"Thanks." Jinx said with her teeth clenched together tightly. Kid Flash could see the steam coming out of her head as he walked up to her.

"Hey Jinx..." Kid Flash said, scratching the back of his head.

After a few minutes of silence, Jinx finally broke the silence by sarcastically saying,

"Nice catch..."

Kid Flash would have been laughing his head off if it weren't for Jinx's cold stare.

"Yeh... Sorry about that."

Kid Flash said.

"You chose a penny over me. I feel SO special" Jinx said, still in a monotone, sarcastic voice. Raven would be so proud.

"I can make it up to you?" Kid Flash said.

"How!" Jinx spat.

Then she said, in a shocked tone,

"What are you doing?"

"I'm carrying you." Kid Flash said.

"Why?"

"I can't let you hobble around town with a broken leg!"

"So is your plan to take me shopping or something? Is that how you are supposed to make it up?"

"Yep."

"...How long are you going to carry me?"

"All day."

"Even in public?"

"Yep!"

"..."

"..."

"...You're an idiot."

"I'm your idiot, though!"

"Shut up..." Jinx murmured.
